Ingredients:
Crust:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, cold, cubed
Filling:
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 X 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into the flour mixture. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of mixture. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and lemon juice. Spread evenly over the crust. Using the remaining crust mixture, with your hands, squeeze crumb into small clusters and drop evenly over the cranberry mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until bubbly, and the crust is golden.
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
Stir together glaze mixture and drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into squares. - Jak na to + styl

They look delicious?
Hi Mrs. Karen, that is similar to how I make my blueberry crumble -- which is what I made for our 4th of July BBQ. I love blueberries! Thanks for sharing! 💗
Also, will you share your recipe for strawberry bars? Would it be almost the same as the recipe for your blueberry bars?
Thank you. The same concept, just substitute Strawberries. ❤️❤️
Ok, great! Thank you!
Looks super yummy! Just to clarify??.. The cornstarch goes into the pastry portion. (The recipe adds it to the filling.) You also wrote to use orange juice. Did you mean lemon juice? I see you did use lemon juice in the video. Can't wait to try them! Thank you!
Yes, correct, use lemon juice. I will have to correct that, thank you. I use orange juice when I make Cranberry Bars. And, the cornstarch should go into the blueberry mixture. I kinda goofed up when I did the video. Thanks for asking. 😉😊❤️
