A background check run, that case will still appear even if dismissed a potential employer or landlord or even possible new girlfriend will forever see this woman’s false claims and court case and against the guy… I was taught growing up, you can never unsay anything - words matter - her lies were so over the top, I just can’t. Yet the judge dismissed it - just wow!
It got dismissed and didn't cause him anything. The reason why is because we don't want actual victims to be scared to file because they might lose and have to pay money.

The two defendants deserve each other, I definitely wouldn't want to be in a flat with them either. The tall one who, along with her mother kicked him out, said she doesn't want any more roommates, just as well because no one else would want to live with her anyway. I think he should have gotten pain and suffering from her filing a false DV order against him and had him served at his workplace. That should have gotten him awarded some compensation.
usually pain and suffering in these type of cases is a joke - in this case I kind of think he should have gotten something given that he had a domestic violence order served on him - not even a peace bond but domestic violence???? Having that served at work surely tarnished his reputation at work and should have been a lesson served on the misuse of court time etc.....
I suspect if he’d stayed he’d have found himself arrested and facing charges. He might have been in the car but at least he wasn’t in jail. Silver linings and all that !

The defendant is intolerable. The plaintive did the right thing by moving out. It’s unfortunate that he went through what he did with her while living together and then living in his car and then being possibly humiliated at work for a false domestic abuse restraining order that’s now on his record. She is crazy and, this is one of those cases where you just know that the plaintiffs mental health probably took a beating for quite some time.
