Ugh! The infamous TAX RETURN!!! Ya'll, if 'tax return' come up in a discussion of a loan, run, don't walk, away 😂
Yes the judge Mathis joke
If anyone is still falling for the old tax return schene, they may need their money taken.
Right!😂
I think of Judge Mathis every single time!😂
@@18missmm Me too!
"Family is family" & "blood is thicker than water"... spoken like a true freeloader.
💯. I came here to say this! She's such a freeloader.
Blood is thicker tnan water meant originally the bond between two warriors. It says, the bond over spilled blood is more important than the water in the mothers womb. So it says actually, that there ar more important bonds than relatives
She is ridiculous, he had to borrow money to help her. What a jerk!
She’s shocked? 🤦🏼♀️ She’s a user extraordinaire.
Thing is, it would never happen with me. Make them sign a document...or no loan.
He was a good man and she knew she could take advantage of him because of it
Someone who you have not seen in years who suddenly pops back in to ask for "help" is always a red flag. The defendant has exposed herself being a user and next time she needs help hopefully people will tell her to fend for herself.
100%
She told Doug, she learned you shouldn't borrow money!, What? Did she say she did borrow it?
$50, I’d give to my cousin. $2100? Nah I’d expect that money back and if they dip we scrappin in the yard like we kids
😂😂💯💯
😂😂😂😂😂✌
Damn straight. 🥊
It disgusts me when people always try to use someone’s passing to gain sympathy from others or to try to get away with something. Your husband passed away 6 years ago girl its got nothing to do with the case and the loan your cousin gave you smfh. I can’t stand people like her especially the ones who think they’re so cute and thinks everyone adores them when everyone’s really annoyed of them
"The judge was shocked too" 😂😂😂 yeah she was shocked you treated your family like a free piggy bank & had no intention of paying your cousin back.
Right? The defendant still didn't get it. Frustrating.
This girl is off her rocker, never lend money to family or no one else
She should be doing Only80sfans. Even if she made $10k a month, she'd still be in debt. People like that will always be in debt regardless if their income tripled overnight. She's the textbook lottery millionaire winner gone bankrupt in a year type.
This is how broke people act, they think because you have it then it shouldnt be a big deal for you to just GIVE it. He took it out of his 401k. SMH
Some broke people, yes. Not all of us 😅
Wrong dude, for poor people do not act like this. We scrape to get by. She is a leech. Big difference.
1984 wants its hair back!
😂🤣😂🤣😂
But she said “Don’t borrow money’’which she KNEW it was loan
Such a disgusting example of a family member.
If you are being evicted, the landlord is NOT expecting "Whatever you can give me."
You owe a SPECIFIC amount.....
That part.
Right its like she wanted to get as much out of him as possible🙄
“You don’t have an answer, Keep it shut!” Lol
“My husband died (cue sympathy response). . .SIX YEARS ago”. 🙄🙄🙄.
So did mine, 5/21/20 during covid, no insurance payout but here I am by God’s grace & provision, working and surviving.💖
8k to 10k!! WTF!! Meanwhile I pay or don’t get anything back because I make ok money, own a home and have no kids!!! I am so mad!!
I know im in the same boat as you. It’s annoying af.
Agreed
She's probably one of those who pays in $1200 but gets back several thousand because of earned income credit. We need a flat percentage tax, everybody pays x% of what they earn. It would cost our gov't a whole lot less to collect taxes & they'd come out ahead.
So....go have some kids and be happy????? Why do people get mad over other people's lives?
The IRS publishes the tax code, read it or hire a CPA if you want to know how you can reduce your tax liability.
My brother and I loan each other money all the time and we pay back everything on time. We each have our own family and we respect each other. I do other favours for my brother because I know he is there when I need him and I appreciate that.
"I had to pay other bills." Some of which she may well not have incurred before the "gift" and were discretionary purchases after it. Pay the man!
She needs to adjust her withholdings if she’s getting that much back but struggling throughout the year. If she had that money during the year she would probably struggle less.
I was thinking the same thing, André
@@uaintseememaaan8901. Unless she cheats
It's because of earned income credit BS. But not anymore, now that her daughter is 18 😂
@@aerotaken5357her daughter is still her dependent. 18 doesn't change things. If you have elderly parents living with you, they are still considered dependents. There's certain rules, like your 18 year old needs to be in college or something like that, but dependents can be over 18.
Still wouldn't matter if she did that and it increased her available money by $800 a month. People like that would still be in debt if her salary doubled or tripled. It's their nature to spend and be in debt.
You have to have some type of audacity to duck and dodge your family who went out of their way to loan you money to help you out!🤦🏽♂️
"I'm not surprised, but still shocked" 🥴
Before I bought a very nice theater chair, I asked my brother if I could borrow $600 & pay him back $100 each month until I paid it off. He loaned it to me, & I paid him back as promised. And that was that! All is well!
Bruh should've said why you want something you can't afford? Live within your means. Save the $600 and then get the chair you don't need lol. That's called champagne taste with beer budget.
Integrity
The lights are on, but no ones home in the Defendant’s “house” 🤦🏻♀️
I chuckled at this defendant...wow girl 🤦♀️
This is why I live by the philosophy of never loan money you can't afford to never see again
Who needs enemies when you have family. He didn’t deserve to be done like that. She should be ashamed
lost 3000 I loaned to a friend! I will NEVER loan money to anyone ever again!!! family or friends included!!!
i hear you, God saw the sacrifice you made when you reach out to help, and I can tell you now,YOU will never beg bread, be wise but still do good.
I'm surprised the Judge didn't say anything when he said. "I'll pay you back when I get my tax return. Judge knows the income tax scam never works out.
If you can’t give it, don’t loan it.
How annoying and entitled! I would be embarressed if i were her...
The defendant looks slow
You badly misspelled "sneaky"!!!!!
Starts with M and rhymes with Beth
@@WesleyLindseyMacbeth?
Glad HE GOT his money back. Hopefully, he learned his lesson. The woman is heartless.
Doug: What have you learned?"
Her: "Don't BORROW money."
I've seen clueless people walkin' around but this woman wrote the book on total airhead. Amazing.
Two jobs and she can’t pay her bills - such a free loader.
My Advice to everyone: NEVER EVER NEVER loan family or friends money. It will destroy and end your relationship with the other person.
That haircut is straight out of 1990 ain’t it.
They have a unique dialect
The defendant is adorable but outrageous. Pay your debts!
The good old "I will pay you back when I get my taxes" 🙄
That guy interviewing out in the street is almost as obnoxious as the guy in the hallway.
This is so sad
This woman is the reason I don’t loan money. People will come up with any excuse not to pay you back.
$10,000 tax refund??? I've worked all my life, had three dependents, and never got that kind of money. She must be eligible for government handouts.
I would never give loans out to family or close friends. I would give them the money or simply say No
"Whatever you learned."
"Don't borrow money"
So you admit it was borrowed, meaning there is an intent for it to be returned.....
I really don’t understand her way of thinking! That’s an awful way to treat anyone , especially family!
"You do things for family", until it's YOU that have to do things for Family...😒
I don't loan money, maybe to my mama cause it's my mama, other than that I shut that ish down, it's a No for me
He only loaned her money because he knows that she can pay him back- with the income tax money.
WTH! Because your family?!
I loan my son's girlfriend money to buy a car when she first moved here to Florida. I made her sign a note with a repossession clause and I had and extra set of keys. She paid it off in less than half the time. They got married and she's the most responsible financial person. She's been great for him.
Give your family money/ not loans just gifts 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰and all will be well, it will come back🤗🤗🤗🤗
She got her tax return, and immediately bought $8K-$10K worth of shoes and purses and "outfits".
Good old Michigan 😂😂
Unless it’s an inheritance most people don’t give thousands of dollars away!
she knows how to use men and tried to play the "family" card to get away with it. Too bad you got a female judge who can see right through you
YOU DON'T BORROW FROM FAMILY AND NOT PAY THEM.
And she is Freddy the free loader of the family, too.
When she walked in I knew not to lend anything too her. Never lend too family always give.
How do these ppl get 8 to 10 thousand returns 🤷♀️ I know no one here getting anything near that?
I wonder how many she screwed over the years.
She’s delusional that using family is normal.
Excuse me Judge, but it wasn’t a coincidence that he knew how much her tax return was because he just said that “she told him she got back about $10,000”!
I don’t need any family like that 🥴
Lady borrows 2100. ---And another court show gets ripped off by a smart alec defendant standing there with no regrets and an entitled attitude.
a man with no family is a man with no troubles
How did she get 10k back in taxes?
I'm glad she's not my family😅
It really irks me, especially when I see these kind of cases, that in the end the show pays the judgement.
What about his $50 fee he invited to take out the loan. Sucks he now has lost money trying to help someone out
How do these people even show up to court. She was a joke
She is the family leech, probably still is today. They ask each family member for money loans that they never pay back.
Seems like she could easily make up that money with some part time work at a hotel. Going into rooms with strange men for 30 mins to an hour.
I NEVER hear white people talk about their cousins, so this is a breath of fresh air!
Well family lend you money cuz yur family , that’s the perk but you have to pay back .
Defendant = back to the 80s
Doug: Goodbye. 😂😂😂
It she knew/knows what it means to BORROW
A user and conning cousin .
Is it the colour of her hair that makes her think like that😅😅😅😅
My grandma passed away 20 years ago. Does that mean I don't have to pay back any loans?
EVEN if she thought he was giving it to her for free, when he asked for it back then why is she not prepared to HELP him and give him some free money, after all he is family? I say NEVER lend anyone any money, if they can't get a loan from the bank, it's for a good reason. And I don't believe her that she gets $10k back on her tax return, how much does she earn to be overpaying that much and if she's earning that much why is she having money problems?...
Cousin is a thief!
Is this lady nuts?!?! Smh
What a dumb dumb, she says that she's surprised that he sued her cause family is family, yet she has no problem taking advantage of family with no moral sense of responsibility even though they were helping her out and she ain't doing anything to help him out. I don't get people like this. Bad person. Let her get evicted next time. This is not the way to be a good human.
Looks like she's wearing a wig
The defendant is a terrible person!!!
Does anyone else want to shake some sense into this woman? Givers and takers...that's what it comes down to. I'm a giver, of course. Not dumb though...I've been asked to loan money to a few friends and didn't do it. They worked just like me and if they couldn't save their money each month there's no way I'm trusting them to give me mine back!
I would never speak to her again.
This one should be good
The defendant is a COMPLETE loser!
something is clearly off with the defendant
The show pays anyway. She's not out the money 🙄 and she just said "don't borrow money" ahha Frodian slip lol.
He gets paid but she gets off Scott free 😡
She has some nerve. But my guess is they made this up to get on tv lol
Defendant looks like TINA YOTHERS😮
She’s delusional
“I’m not surprised but still shocked” um…
Did she play Archie Bunker’s daughter on “All In The Family”?
