Without a doubt, had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, the daughter defendant would have driven off and never told anyone about hitting the neighbor's car. Her father taught her at a very young age to never admit or report any wrongdoing if there aren't any witnesses. The plaintiff standing there boastful, puffing his chest out cocky and prideful. He reminded me of birds blowing their chest feathers out to intimidate and appear larger. 😂

She couldn't back the car out of that humongous driveway without hitting a car legally parked across the street? Then she doesn't even get out to look at damages? The Plaintiff was more than patient. That's not "peacocking", that's being fed up with the run around. I absolutely believe the Defendants acted as rude and arrogant as the Plaintiff says. The Defendant is complaining the insurance company didn't contact him until August. That's because they jerked the Plaintiff around for months. It don’t matter if it’s a big scratch or a tiny scratch it’s up to the owner if they want it to be fixed. I’ve seen people say it’s just a small scratch and let it go but I’ve also seen people demand it be fixed. In the end she hit his car damaged it she’s liable. The guy wants it fixed she’s gotta pay it is what it is. Pay better attention when driving.

So the defendant thinks the damage to both vehicles is not related?

Defendants are absolute, unadulterated trash. Being 18 is not an excuse for trying to cover up an accident. That disgusting "father" smiling, laughing and continually closing his eyes and bobbing his head up and down about everything... shameful. I'd love to know what his employer thinks about this.

Defendant is a liar, enabling his daughter. He had ample opportunity to settle the matter.

When he says "the female" it sounds degrading.
