Has the Pro XP clutch and is geared very low. Good heavy doors with seals. Same old front diff. though. They down graded the rear brakes to the single piston caliper. Why?
You're hearing the engine rev high so it can stay in its peak horse power range. There are a few different aftermarket companies making clutch kits for these RZRs. Check that out and see if there are any reviews showing it helps with the RPM range.

They are available now, the quickest way to get one is put a deposit down and order one at the dealership.

I have not tried to put larger tires on the new chassis yet so I cannot give you an honest answer.
