My name is Nat and I am a gothic operatic singer, actor and voice artist based in the heart of Kent, England. Music has always played an important part in my life as a musician and I love to use my platform on CZcams to share it in my music reactions.
I work on the basis of a reaction should be just that, you don't get another crack at it! What you see from me is the real deal. I don't pre-screen anything I see or work from tight scripts. I'm completely open, emotive and sensitive with my audience.

This is a mashup of 7 songs by the techno/EDM group Daft Punk, and it earned PTX their first Grammy in the category of ‘Best Arrangement, instrumental or a cappella.’

The bass, Avi Kaplan has a very nice 5 octave range, then add in the fact that he is a polyphonic/overtone singer and his fabulous whistle notes while singing overtones makes for an above good singer.
Here is a sample of his overtone singing.
Not necessarily for reacting but just because.

It's a series of song bits written/performed by daft punk, the group - a mashup if you will. Don't worry that you don't know all the songs Pentatonix sings. This group makes all of us want to go back to the original of all the songs not only to compare but to know them. They often remind us of music that should be recalled.

"It's all about the bass, for me." Me too sir.
The entire audible 1st octave triggers something in my head. I get that from Sopranos when they do belting/mix in the upper 5th octave and not the headvoice/falsetto/6th-8th octave whistles. The latter is the cherry on top for me.
Avi Kaplan, Geoff Castellucci and Tim Foust are my 3 favorite and there seems to be some mutual respect each has for the others and the craft.
Each with their own nuances even when hitting the same insane 1st octave subharmonic notes. I mentioned "audible" but sometimes the headset picks up the vibrations of almost inaudible notes and that's a dopamine overdose. Not sure how they generate that sound I'm going to guess it's inhalation.
Also that rock you're living under looks very similar to the one I'm currently living under. Coincidence?
