Hi Simon and Alex,
Great content! Thanks so much!
I try to apply your tips and mind opener coaching staff to my game. This one will be another mental and physical set-up I will own. I should provide here feedback; I’m winning a lot of matches nowadays I play and there are enormous additives from you. You are just great!!! So much respect, thankfulness and greetings!!!!✨🌞
Great tips thanks for sharing! I was setting up points very well using this tactic, but i keep missing that last shot, so when you do this make sure you have a solid net game from where you can close it out!

hi guys, thank you for your video, i have not watched the whole thing but will do so later today. may be a bit off topic, but wanted to suggest a topic for a future video, what to do when the opponent is "too comfortable" what are thiings you can do when what you are trying does not seem to work, maybe they are "better players" how can you put up a fight in those cases? (increase power, accuracy, consistency, anything else) thanks a lot
Have you checked out "winning ugly"? Its like a bible for beating players better than you
Heeyy Simon and Alex, I just love your channel and I recommend yours to my club mates, An ardent subscriber and follower.
Could you tell me your racket (Babolat) specs, is that an "aero plus 2019", including the strings ??

This video sets you apart from the other guys at youTube for tennis. I have been waiting for this video since I requested it 6 months ago. Alex, I noticed when you received a low ball you are able to generate a better angle. Can you hit those angles when the ball is HIGH at the baseline or it is too risky and low percentage shot? Thanks.
I have a question. When you're hitting cross-court, do you have a target in mind - how short & how wide can you hit it?
Another summer Saturday... Get dressed for tennis... Watch TTT... Incorporate the lesson into my game... 😎
More great tactical training thanks.
Anywhere past the net, but not beyond the sideline.
A great practice drill is to play a game to 11 points by starting with an underhand feed. The ball has to cross the net 3 times before the competition starts. This encourages players to rally and control the placement and pace of their ground strokes. Also although you didn’t specifically mention it you definitely hit shots at various net clearance hight. This is an important factor in tactical strategy. Every shot should have a place and purpose that goes with its angle and trajectory. Tennis is an athletic chess match.
Could you guys do an Andrey Rublev forehand tutorial? Definitely one of the most powerful I’ve ever seen. Thanks !
Good idea 👍
I’ll add it to the list
Great video, thanks! By the way I live in South East London and want to join a tennis club, any you recommend? Currently Beckenham is one I’m considering.
Great instruction. But what does the angle exactly mean regarding the landing spot of the ball on the court? Is it always near the outside T as you demonstrated in the video? or is it just near anywhere near the sideline? or is it the area near the sideline between the net and the service line? Thanks
Angles beget more angles - what do you do if the opponent replies with an angled shot pulling you out wide?
Thanks, Simon and Alex. When you hit the sharp angle are you making contact more on the underside of the ball, as opposed to the back or the top of the ball?
Focus more on brushing up and across the ball from the outer edge 👍
All the best
Simon
Character In the video It's great, I like it a lot $$
Thanks for watching.

Fantastic lesson, I recently discovered this by happenstance, and I'm happy to know that my favourite CZcams coaches have covered it as well, please can you do more videos on combos like this?
We’ll do our best 👍
Not related but how fast is simons serve?
I struggle with body positioning in preparation to hit a ball. Sometimes I don’t read the flight/ bounce and end up hitting the ball too close to my body. I would love some tips pls

How to create angles in doubles
Explain please
In doubles, aim for the doubles alley but not too deep, around the service line
Hi Simon,
I have a video request to you. I've noticed I have a huge mental drop in focus in the second/third sets of matches compared to the first set. I'm sure this is a problem with many rec players. Would be great if you could make a video with tips to maintain focus and mental strength through entirety of matches
Physical fitness. I think you’re experiencing what is called “getting tired”.
@@microphoner1 Nope. It's mental. I'm in good physical shape.
What are the wiggly things where the lines should be?
Those are just cave paintings. This court was from the Stone Age
Ok so if my opponent gets frustrated because the angled shot is ‘shorter’ in depth and ‘softer’ per say, that means I will be playing tennis correctly.?
