This video was extremely helpful. Received the bike three days ago and was pedaling five cranks till the motor kicked on. Now it kicks on almost instantly. And I like having the extra power on the #12 setting also. Thank you
Just got mine last week, I am working on getting the max amount of miles out of one charge. I am going on a bike camping trip tomorrow. I am 6ft.4in and 180lbs. I will carry about 30 lbs of gear, round trip will be 120 ish miles. Thanks for the 411 on the display.
thank you Mr Geezer Life. your instructions helped me turn my bike. i was wondering why it did not engage from stop, but your clarified that it is default to turn on and engage after approximately 2 pedals strokes.
I’m gonna hook up my bike right now with the settings. Right now it’s raining in Los Angeles so I can’t do nothing outside. But there’s always tomorrow. Thanks for the information. Danny boy👍🏻😎💨💨💨
Dude you just made me understand all the different pages and how to go to each page only thing I new how to do was set p8 to 45 for level 3 I was lost before reviewing your video. Thanks
Thank you sir. Very informative. The only issue I have is the tires size. My display shows 20 and I guess it should be 22 (tire height) there is no way to change it....
Hi, I ask you for advice, I changed the parameters from the display, let it automatically return to the HOME screen, then I turned off the display and removed the key from the battery. If I turn it back on after a few minutes it keeps the saved parameters for me, on the other hand, if I let more time pass, the default parameters return to me. Am I wrong something? Do you think the display or the control unit is faulty? The km / mile, on the other hand, always keeps me saved. Thanks
Mine says "full power" but plugged it in for over an hour or two and still charging on red. We rode one just a little about a mile and it dropped 2 or 3 bars. Was afraid to take it anywhere dropping charge that fast so decided to fully charge. Just thought it shouldn't read at full charge if it's not.
If you are referring to the energy bar at the top of the display as your indicator ... that is just a general indicator meant to be used while actually riding the bike and under load. To see the actual power level of your battery click the "mode" , "bottom" or button 3 (however you want to refer to "it") 2 times ... this will show you the actual voltage of your battery... full charge is 54.6....
@@geezerlife4375 Mr geezer How can I get catalog like one you have And I have 22 kit with this display maximum speed 50 but in fact 26 display not right how our what should I do to make speed in display like real
Good explanation. Is there any way to change the speed for PAS1 from 6mph to 4mph, and PAS2 from 10mph to 7mph, and so on for all the PAS settings. Reason being, at the default settings the bike can get away from someone who is just starting and may not be able to react quickly to handle awkward situations. Actually, I'd like to set the top speed for PAS 3 and 4 and 5 to be 10mph for a beginner. Thanks in advance.
Do you know which settings to tune the brightness of the headlights? I use to be able to control the brightness of the headlight, but now I forgot how to
With power on, press and hold the plus + button for approximately 3 seconds and the headlight & taillight will turn on. To turn off, press and hold the minus - button for approximately 3 seconds both lights will shut off. Hope this helps and enjoy your ride 😀

Your P11 & 12 settings may be good for country use, but definitely not for city use...
That is why I enjoy this bike so much, any rider can configure this bike for any and all conditions, from park rides to commutes :)
