Perspectify seems to be becoming my go-to binge watch channel.
I highly agree with this point on why 90% startup fails, due to very long development cycles for MVP, it’s more of speed thing as I have seen i.e. creating fast, learning faster and failing the fastest so you can move to next step ahead
As the famous saying goes “feedback/failure is the breakfast of champions”
    Thanks for putting valuable content!

Simply Enlightening. Most important points Ayush made - Whether the Founder is willing to get his hands dirty, get out of his building/comfort zone and meet end users. Nothing is more important than this, not only to grow the business fast but to sustain it once it has reached a certain level. Successful ventures start losing touch with their customers due to over automation of customer service/care. DONT DO SURVEYS but meet your customers. Steve Jobs was a classic example. Last week Gopal Vittal - CEO, Airtel, tried something similar. Earned Secrets - a brilliant concept - stick it out for a few years - very important for todays impatient youngsters. Last but not the least - the Flywheel effect - That's the real deal. Business growing on its own, owing to a perfect product market fit - can only happen when a company achieves "customer delight". An excellent product backed by great service/response. Great interview guys - Keep it up.👌👌👏👏
