I have a video edit suggestion if this ever reaches WhamBaam. The addition of the progress bar in the top left is great. Having the current submission number right beside it in the same graphics as the announcement of the number would be even better. That way we know how many videos are left or can easily find reference to it when making a comment!

3 seconds at that speed is more than enough to stop safely, but hey if you want to endanger everyone else to satisfy yourself, go right ahead, you shouldn't be allowed to drive and will probably kill someone, but go ahead.

Yellow and freshly red are just a different shade of Green. The numbers of times I have been locked in a intersection because someone didnt stop at their red is as the meme goes 'to damn high'

You don't need cell service to unlock your car. Put your phone up against the pillar like it's a key card. It will unlock. At least my android works as a key card like that.
Imagine being locked out of your car because you dont have phone service... What was wrong with a key again?
Keys don't fail as easily. They don't take batteries. They don't require maintenance. They're sharp enough to be used for self defense. They are versatile multi-tools that can open boxes, cans, scrape sticker residue off things, cut hang tags off clothes, etc. More or less, they are clearly inferior to dinky little plastic boxes that get lost and die easily. Why choose something effective (a key) when you can choose something defective (a fob)?
... sorry, I really hate key fobs (in case that wasn't obvious).

You can open your Tesla with your phone using bluetooth, a key fob or a key card, so always have your key card with you in case everything else fails. Cell support is not needed
@@casperhansen826 Or just have a key. With a slot in the door that when you turn the key, the door opens. It can't run out of battery, it doesnt require internet and it just works.
Maybe even have a slot in the car that you can put it in, so you dont lose it, and so no one can start it with you nearby.
@@adventpc3 people have been voting with their wallets for key fobs. Doesn't sound like you bought a new car in the last decade, or they'd keep making them. Same reason I'm staying away from Tesla unless they put a dash and a gear selector in - I'd rather support a competitor who does.

The lights are a string of newly launched Starlink satellites. They provide Internet service to customers on the ground and are launched in a bunch of about 60, and stay in a line like that until ground control sends them into their individual orbits. Like Tesla, Elon Musk is the head of Starlink, so they fit well in this channel.
Now If only we could just get Elon to acknowledge Wham Bam....

From what I can see the truck number is "TM 172?L" . I can not make out the ? but looks like it might be a 6, 8, or 9.
It has to be claimed through insurance, police arent traffic agents and never will be. Theres laws stating police cant interfere with these crashes and must be handled through insurance agencies.

#20 - I've driven U-Haul trucks a lot bigger than that little thing, and there's NO way the driver didn't know what they'd done. Mel needs to find a lawyer and go after U-Haul (the police are likely a lost cause) to get a bunch of money from them. They KNOW who had the truck, and according to their contracts that person *is* responsible. #17 - What the heck is that little mini-tank thing that picked up the cammer's wrecked Tesla?!?! #12 - That looks like a set-up... the cop was so far back from the actual end of the driveway that I would've likely thought he'd stopped for all the wrong reasons.

See if you can identify the tail number on the truck. It’s in the top-right corner. That truck will say “TM” then 4 digits and another letter. (7 digits total)
This number can pull all rental history and show who and when it was rented.
I live in NC, I visited my friend in Aug 2023 when they rented a beach house in Carolina Beach NC. We saw the same satellite train Friday evening. It was pretty awesome

I can’t believe the cops don’t do anything in the u-haul case in the states, it’s just sad. I’m an American who lives in Japan. My car was hit and run in a parking lot and I got the license plate from the video. The police were very helpful and found the person in less than an hour and had them meet us at the parking lot to get their insurance info. We could’ve pressed charges but we didn’t. I would’ve had to pay $1000 out of my pocket to fix it but since we had the video footage, her insurance had to pay for it. People should be held accountable.

I have a friend who had his Tesla rear ended recently here in CA, and then the guy left the scene (hit & run). My friend called the police right away, but they never came and did nothing afterward either, so my friend's insurance has to pay for the damages now. No wonder why there are more hit & run these days, because (like the raise of shoplifting), people know they can easily get away with it, because the police doesn't care.
However, don't you dare not wearing your seatbelt for 2mn while pulling out of your driveway, you will have 10 cops jumping on you. 😬
