- Nephrotic syndrome is one of the commonest kidney problems seen in children. prednisone continues to be the sheet anchor of treatment OF NEPHROTIC SYNDROME. However if treatment is improper these patients can develop a number of complications.In my last 30 years of experience of managing more than such 100000 children I share some ofthe commonest mistakes made by parents and sometiems by inexperience doctors!!

Sir i 2.5years post transplant.i have proteinuria and increase creatine.. biopsy done .result kidney fibrosis..i take everolimus 0.25 and tacrolimus 2.5 mycophenolate 500 ..but creatine more increase now 2.2 ..is it treated?? How can reversed or good medication

Sir my creatinine is 2:3 in feb 11 years post transplant after 3 shots pf solumedrol creat was 1:3 and 1 month before again craetnine 2:7 biopsy is also done T cel positive nw shifted from Biorol to tacrolimus but creatinine is 2.3 and sugar and bp is elevated what i can do ??
