- This week on Everything You Need To Know we are showing you the inside story of how Jurgen Klopp has transformed Liverpool. When he took over the club they had forgotten how to win under Brendan Rodgers, but now are one of the best teams in world football. We look at his tactical revolution, how he has evolved from his days at Borussia Dortmund and how he has been so successful in the transfer market.
We also explore how he has reconnected his team with Anfield, which has become one of the hardest stadiums to visit in Europe. Klopp is a manager who knows how to win, and we show you how he has imparted that knowledge onto his team.

He praises the players when they win and blames himself when they lose.
not a fan of liverpool but becoming fan of Klopp....u guys are so lucky to have him at the helm...congratulations on the winning the EPL ...
Kenny He respect bro ✊
Mourinho: *reads this comment with visible confusion*
The only thing I’d say is he blames stupid things for losing and if he loses he is pretty petty about it. Other people might see it as a bad thing but I see it as a winners mentality. Even if he loses he is still not accepting defeat. He has made it so him and his team never get used to losing, so when it comes they don’t accept defeat and always want to fight back
There should be a huge mural of Klopp and the whole 2019/20 league-winning squad outside Anfield when they win it
Put a picture of Klopp with a giant grin on the 'This is Anfield' sign!!!
In true Liverpool custom, somebody will do that anyway.

I was in Liverpool last November. Klopp didn't just improve LFC, he invigorated the whole city of Liverpool. It's like the city was powered up by the energy of the team in Red (not blue). It was so vibrant and lively, much more than London or Manchester.

Klopp will go down as one of the premier league managerial greats, in his first season in charge he took an average side and took them to two finals where whilst results didn't go our way. it showed that we could challenge. from 2016 onwards, we have gone from strength to strength. good investments in the transfer market with the likes of Mane and Salah to name a few. Using youth talent such as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez. so proud of this Liverpool side. the future looks so bright rn.
If he stays with the club and wins a few more trophies, he would be a true legend
What amazes me about Klopp is that has gone from achieving legendary status in one club (Dortmund) to do the same in another club (Liverpool), you can also argue he is revered in Mainz 05 for what he accomplished there, how many coaches achieve that?

Arsenal is all kinds of fucked lol
I remember when I used to say I am a Liverpool fan and people used to mock me. Now they run away from me when I talk about Liverpool. This happened because of Klopp by the help of God
What really burried Rodgers was Sturridge body failing .
Had somehow Studge would've managed his body , could've been a different story.
But as a fan I cannot not be any happier than seeing Kloppo breaking the deadlock.
What buried Rodgers was his lack of understanding and experience about European football. Having 1 win, 2 draws and 3 defeats in UCL group stage is the sign of a shitty team. In UEL, Liverpool lost to Besiktas of all team. In EPL, Liverpool finished sixth, drawing matches they could've end in a win and losing matches they could've end in a draw
Meanwhile Klopp managed to reach UEL final with Brendan's team.
I love rodgers but i have an impression that hes more of a reactionary type of manager rather than innovative. He can bring teams to the top 4 but it remains to be seen if he can consistently win titles.
I think his spell at celtic helped him realize what it took to dominate locally
@@PissG well he had balo , borini and Lambert to finish off chances.
Klopp has Sadio mo and Bobby , these 3 will win you matches , where as the 3 with Rodgers failed miserably and with Studge up front with the kind of form he was in you would've thought what if
Sturridge in form would have made his life easier for sure. However the question for me is how much responsible he was for all those bad transfers with the Suarez money. Barely any of those worked out at first (Lallana and Origi worked later under Klopp). A lot was spent on strikers: Balotelli, Lambert (and later Benteke) with all of those disapointing.
From the first time I saw his face on a Dortmund game i was in love! I knew this man Is a genius!! I always knew he would be PERFECT for Liverpool... when he actually came I was freaking out with excitement! Make him stay FOREVER please!! ❤❤❤

My name is Junior Liverpool been a Liverpool fan from day one ! We are The champions!
I think the biggest factor in Klopp success at Liverpool, are the fans. More than any player, more than any directive at the club, it is the fans who stayed with him and the players, despite not winning any trophy in a long time. Of course his management style, his football philosophy and his personality helps a lot, but I think that if he was in any other top tier club in europe, fans wouldn't have been as patient and supportive as Liverpool fans are
This was a phenomenal video !
The win is secured and the Legend status for Klopp and the team is sealed!
Klopp is an amazing manager , person and personality. Simply the best in the world
I'm united fan, been watching PL since 2002. after jose mourinho's chelase , the other team which has been amazing impressive is Jurgen klopp's LFC and his team are a beast. The way he keeps everyone in touch fans-players-staffs at melwood is really great. Its so interesting to watch their matches as well as their YT channel too.
Recent 5-0 defeat to them was heartbreaking yet they played very good game.
Nowadays i dont miss Liverpool matches too, because the VVD ,Mo salah ,Maneand Trent are so fun to watch. Absolutely fantastic throughout the season.
Usually other clubs buy stars but klopp buys quality players and makes them stars. Klopp is a manufacturing HUB of amzing players.
Great video, very well written
One really interesting thing he also did which helped him have the huge succes he's had is the employment of analytics.
It is a lesser known part of his revolution at Anfield which is why i feel it should be mentioned here.
I mean the guy has two astrophysicist crunching numbers through supercomputers which might seem to have nothing to do with football but in reality it's quiet the contrary.
For example they take the statistics from tens of previous games of an oposing team and they find out which player is the most likely to make a mistake if he's put under pressure and then Klopp drills his players to force the oposing team to pass to that player and then they all gang up on him trying to force a mistake.
It's absolutely fascinating and I feel this kind of aproach is going to be a staple for all the top teams in the near future.
Klopp is a genius and i love him
Really thanks kolp for every you did for the club leverpol
Thanks again

Who is Liverpool's coach?
Great video. Balotelli was never suited to Liverpool but I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Balotelli was not a gamble. His behaviour was the gamble. Before Liverpool - on the pitch he had been an excellent player and had the quality of being a super sub but off the field he was bad. Bizarrely at Liverpool it was the other way around being bad on the pitch and well behaved off it!
Brilliant Video!
The guy knows how to put the puzzle together. Who ever heard of Mane or Van Dyke at Southampton before he came? Or Salah in Roma? Andy Robertson must be one of the best wingbacks in the game. This is just a few and Luis Diaz is going to be yet another brilliant addition. The man is Mr. Football.
It was a good thing Klopp got rid of Balotelli, he was refused entry to the Brescia training ground recently🤣🤣

Pep is overrated took over a team that was already winning leagues klopp took over a team that was finishing 8th.
@bradley fulton pep is a decent manager but he is in my opinion not as good as people say he is every team he has been at is a team that wins leagues with or without him
George _ I don’t agree with you on that mate, when pep took on the management in Barca the club was in splits. Fights among teammates, losing in so many finals,Messi’s career was just starting then inspite of all this difficulties he won a sexdruple in 2009, I agree with you on the fact that the players he gets are world class but managing them is also a hard job at hand
Pep's style of football is possibly the most demanding and most difficult one to implement in a team, and at 3 different clubs he took the team to even higher levels. Despite him coming in at already good teams and spending a lot of money, it's undeniable that he is a fantastic manager.
pep perfected an already 5 stars dish, give him average ingredients and he will failed.
klopp took average ingredients and cooked them into 5 stars dish.
Do you understand the process of cooking? Along the way you need to remove unnecessary ingredients and add additional ingredients to produce good dish. The fact is klopp started with average ingredients and the end product is 5 star dish. Ask pep to start with same average ingredients and let's see how is the result 😀
his heart is made of lot of loves.. thats the key
He’s built a pretty solid squad, not much needs tweaking but in football if the price is right then the player goes and he’s made some players go from being worth millions to tens of millions.
2019/2020 Klopp and his young Liverpool squad made the Premiership look like a farmers league. Every other team has to improve and be far more consistent to challenge LFC.
They are not very young at all. They are all like 28 plus besides gomes robertson and arnold
