  • Today we talk about my three favorite RPG hidden gems, and why I think that they would make a perfect fit on the Nintendo Switch.

I've heard Terranigma is a great game, but I've never played it before. I loved Illusion of Gaia, and I've heard that it's connected with that game. I'll definitely have to check it out!

Man what I wouldn't do for a HD-2D Secret of Evermore... but that game was made by a contracted team of Western developers, and I'm not sure if Square ever cared to preserve their work or revisit it. Also, I believe the music in it was written by Jeremy Soule, a composer who's gone on to videogame fame elsewhere with other games, and maybe they'd have to negotiate with him to get the music rights... and I'm not sure if they'd ever do that.
Lufia 2 though, I'd hope is easier to get back... even if there is already a pseudo-remake for the DS, so I just wonder if they'd to the original or the remake.

I agree 100% , lufia 2 was so amazing the combat the puzzles the story everything done right , alundra was huge in ps1 , i remember how it was hard!! Also I find it better than zelda link to the past yaa , still some other amazing games need to be in switch from ps1, in my opinion: valkery profile, wild arms 1+2 , legend of legaia

Yep Lufia 2 was a game that I came across in Blockbuster as a kid, and it quickly became one of my favorite games, those puzzles do get really challenging though. And yes I agree, Wid Arms is fantastic, I believe there's a kickstarter for a spiritual successor in development right now.
