If you unclip the wire harness first it comes out easier. That’s why the plastic tab is there to stop it from coming out while still being plugged in.

Do the fog lights automatically turn on? Or do I have to press a button?

CoolCat there is a button to turn them on. But once they are turned on they stay on (when lights are on) unless you press the button again to turn them off
