I am a woman and just replaced both entire headlight assemblies on my '09 Hyundai Santa Fe without removing the entire front end. After removal of the 3 bolts, each headlight assembly took just a small amount of up/down wiggling and outward pressure to remove and about the same amount of effort to put back in place. I watched another video on "how to replace a bulb" which made the entire process easier and more sensible.

Two bolts on top and nut on back then pull headlight out. Why pull the front body panel off? Do I also remove the front seat to change a tire?
Dude. You really need to add another disclaimer and/or edit the start of your video because I own a ‘08 Santa Fe Limited and have pulled both headlights completely out to change the low beam bulbs on both of them and you do NOT need to remove the bumper to do it. You might need to do that on later versions but I am seeing several people saying you don’t need to on the earlier Santa Fe’s.

Why didn't you just pull the headlight without removing the bumper cover
I have to recant my comment. When I went to remove my brother's Hyundai headlight I couldn't get it out until I removed half the bumper cover
my 2007 it is three bolts and pull out No front part. only light assembly. Plz folks do not remove front part
So this is only useful if you are replacing the whole assembly do you have one to just do the bulbs?

Are all the headlights universal with different car years? Would the connection ports be the same?

The purpose of removing the bumper cover is so they can charge you more money LOL.

Geez all the complaints! A mechanic was about to remove my whole front bumper but at a price I would not agree to. SO IT IS PART OF THE PROCESS...
