The single most underrated band of all-time. Check out Sometimes Salvation by them. It’s killer.
Their keys were always an unsung hero in their songs. That man was super talented.
That "kid" dancing is lead singer, Chris Robinson and his brother Rich playing lead guitar.
I saw them once, and Chris came out at the beginning of the show wearing a highly ruffled, pirate-looking shirt. He was being heckled from the floor for it. He turned and told the heckler that he really needed to shut up 'cause he would have a hard time explaining to his buddies the next day, how he got his ass kicked by a guy wearing a shirt like that. 😆
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Young Rich is the rhythm guitar player. Marc Ford is the lead.
@@J0hnGalt73 , I think of Rich playing lead, mainly because sometimes he does...and he starts all the tunes, with a riff he came up with. 😉
Fair enough?
Chris Robinson reminds me of Steve Marriott. So much soul and character!
Gotta check out "She Talks to Angels," & "Hard to Handle"...
Yea, Hard To Handle by Otis Redding.
My fave Black Crowes track 💖💖💖
Seeing things for the 1st time by them. It will take you to church
i believe the singer, chris robinson was married to kate hudson (goldie hawns daughter)
Yes they were!!
@@jennhurl nice, can you confirm if that's his brother playin the guitar with the blonde hair ?
@@Bushanie24 Yes the guitarist and the vocalist are brothers
@@bramh4149 thank you kindly memory is still kinda good
Georgia Southern Soul Rock n Roll....🎸
Great introduction to that band!
I love me some Black Crowes but I prefer the songs from their debut album "Shake Your Money Maker" a bit more. Great band ❤ Great reaction
"She Talks To Angels" 🔥🔥🔥
"Hard To Handle"
"Twice As Hard"
I respect the opinion. For me, Southern Harmony is maybe the best album of all time!! It’s so soooo good, but to each their own for sure ✌️
Amorica is my favorite and totally underrated.
Love that album!
@@Freshenstein23 It's definitely the TBC best LP, best of all time is bold, but I can see where it would be someone's favorite of all time.
Saw them a few years back, 7th row center in a small venue, incredible live.
The Black Crowes, awesome band, so many hits. Sit back, and enjoy. Check out the song Seeing Things For The First Time, you will not be disappointed.
Love the Black Crowes!! One of my favorite bands from day one!! ❤
Never cared for these guys too much but do respect the fact they took their name from one of my favorite Bob Dylan songs 'Black Crow Blues'.
My reaction exactly! He's so consciously unaware. You really GOT this. Love it.
I adore this band since their debut album. Saw them and Jimmy Page was on lead guitar! I lost my mind the whole show, Chris is an amazing performer and seeing Page play was a real treat. I long for those days again!
Saw them mid-90s and didn’t attend with any expectations and I have to say it was one of the best concerts of my life. They are so much better in-person than the albums.
Ditto Pinkpop 1993.
“No you didn’t take me to church, you bastards” I HOWLED!!! 😂😂😂
Man, I had forgotten how great this song is!
Great Work brothers here are some for real good jams from Black Crows, No speak no slave and Cursed Diamond if only the 2 brothers that run the band stay friends.
Dude gotta say your killing it with the picks today. Zappa and now black crowes? Good shit
I swear I forget how damn good they are
Fun fact, these guys were the best live band in the entire world from about 1992-1996 and it wasn't even close
HARD groove to deny, no matter what style you're into.
They are so DIRTAY. ❤️
The singer that's dancing is Chris Robinson the guitar player in the red is his brother Rich Robinson
Seeing Things. Is the best song on the same album. It would be a shame if you didn’t listen to this one.
If someone wants to know what Rock-n-Roll is. Play them this song. That’s all you need to do.
Black Crowes: THORN IN MY PRIDE, BLACKBERRY, NO SPEAK NO SLAVE, STING ME
Love love love the Black Crowes! A young teenage me saw Chris Robinson dancing barefoot in red velvet bellbottoms and fell in love ... Just got this album on vinyl for Christmas Thanks for your videos, keep it up
No thank you, like fr! 🙌
Check out their debut album...Shake Your Money Maker 🔥🔥🔥
love this every time I see it. Thanks for enjoying with me.
I saw these guys when they were touring with Jimmy Page and doing tons of Zep songs. There's some videos on here of that tour.
I saw that show in Charlotte, NC. I never expected to see Jimmy Page play live, so that was amazing. And Chris does a REALLY convincing Robert Plant. It was epic. Love.
@@DocRobert He didn't look, act, or sound anything like RP on that tour. He sounded like Chris Robinson doing Zep songs, and he killed it.
Black crows were great a trow back to me like a lynard skynyrd with joe cocker they came in when real rock was getting stagnant bands like blind melon an beck things like that were taking over the air waves so to me it was a breath of fresh air 🤟
I think all three of the bands you’re talking about, The Black Crowes, Beck & Blind Melon, are freaking awesome.
my older brother lived in Boston and went to UMASS. I was 20 still living in NJ with mom and dad. Brother told me to come up to see him for the weekend so I drove my jeep up on a Friday night. Brother told me he had tickets to see the Black Crowes at Fanuel Hall (they performed under a different name...forget what it was). Very small venue just after they released Amorica. Amazing set. Eddie Harsch tore shit up. I was high as fuck and I don't think I blinked for 2 and 1/2 hours. I had to be retrained on how to use my eyelids. I've been to countless concerts and to this day that was easily top 5.
LOVE THIS!!
Great 60s vibe. Lead singer Chris Robinson is a fan of Steve Marriott, this video actually reminds me of Humble Pies Black Coffee....
Straight out of the 70s retro then there is bob from accounting on the drums. 😂
Its undeniable when a song is great isnt it?
The Robinson Brothers, the singer and guitarist
They freaking rock
Awesome track.
firing on all cylinders, right here
Real Rock n Roll!
I think you would love drivin n crying. They remind me of the black crows
Pls play
Fly me courageous or
Honeysuckle blue
My morning song Black Crows
Black Crowes were bad ass. Check out Morning Song, Wiser Time & Thorn In My Pride ✌
If you like Black Crowes, give a listen to a little band called Cry of Love.. I'd recommend "Hand me Down"..
My fav Black Crows song is Wiser Time. They also do a phenominal cover of Velvet Revolver A'int Got Nuthin
*Velvet Underground 😉
@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192 thanks...my brain doesn't connect sometimes and the song is Sweet Nuthin lol getting old sux
We wore out their first album in grade 12. Played it on bust in the car.
Love this band. Favorite song, Bad Luck Blue Eyes Goodbye. Give it a try.
Fucking good stuff! Not enough black crowes reactions out there!! At all!!
super dope
Some great suggestions people, Hey Teez, the MACHINE. I have tried to get 2 other reactors to check this out, no luck yet. Could you do Tedescchi, Trucks band (MIDNIGHT IN HARLEM ) IF you like it I got some great ideas for you, and you'll make this sick old man very happy.
Respectfully HIPPIE JOE
Ps She talks to Angeles touches my soul because I lost someone I love very much to Heroine overdose 2yrs, ago I miss her everyday. Thanks brother.
you are not kiding with tedeschio trucks fortunte enough to see them at the beacon theater after an incredible steak dinner
Appreciate ya fam! Thank you for the suggestion, gotta check that out
@@TeezMcGee please do, hopefully on air. I'm terminally ill, so I just watch reaction videos on my smart tv, and just recently figured out how to link up with my phone to send text messages. But I only subscribe to 5. I have had some cool conversations with other subs, hope you can get Tedeschi, Trucks band on air, and we will take a journey together. JUST A OLD HIPPIE BIKER PEACE HIPPIE JOE
One of my favorite bands. I’ve seen them many times in many cities! The singer (Chris Robinson) and the guitarist in red (Rich Robinson) are brothers. Not one of their albums sound like the one that came before it. You’ll get a lot of their more popular songs that are great to be sure but I could recommend many others.
Twice as hard, seeing things, hard to handle. Must hears 😁
He looks like a very young Mick Jagger
Dude they are another band I really dig alot they have a career full of awesome songs, check out the song I ain't hiding, good groove on that song, they have many many great songs to listen to
Jealous again is really good as well
I do agree that the best was probably "Shake Your Money Maker" album. Their was a band that was said to be the new Black Crows called Jet. It was also said they would not last because they would Burn Out from the Partying. I really liked the first album but I don't remember if had anything else?
Check out "driving and crying". Same style
Check out Falling in Reverse trilogy "Losing my mind", "Losing my life" and "Drugs". "Popular Monster" is also good. Also look into Snow Tha Product "On my shit Freestyle", "Tell you like this", "Really Counts", "Shut up", and "Never be me". She is a VERY underrated rapper with bars that are not all about boobs and butts! You will not be disappointed.
Fucking Black Crowes Rule!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Sister Luck is their best song.
If you want the Black Crowes to take you to church check out "Seeing Things For the First Time".
The lead singer and lead guitarist are brothers. They had a falling out years ago and recently reunited. I dont have any further details tho.
Money will do that. Steve Gorman didn't tour with them and he was with them from day one, soooo.
Something completely different that I think you would like
Blackberry Smoke
Not much left of me
Stay away from the commercial tracks..... again, this album is fire!
Day jobs suck, man. Follow your passion. Love.
You need to go back and watch Mick Jaggar (Rolling Stones videos). And Rod Stewart.
Also... Chris Robinson (the singer) would like to thank Michael Jagger, Robert Plant, and a shitload of COCAINE for that performance!
🤣
Its an awesome ass song, though.
download their greatest hits and you are good to go
great band too bad the two brothers ; the singer and lead guitars hated each other and only lasted very little time togerther
