For pumpkin pie oatmeal just add in a couple tablespoons of pumpkin puree, some pumpkin pie spice, and some brown sugar. The pumpkin itself is actually very good for you.

I've been doing something similar to put in lattes. I like to make a caramel, then pour in a little water to thin it down to the right consistency to make a caramel syrup. Been thinking about making some others, including my favourite: hazelnut.

I just started doing this a few weeks ago! I make a chai tea syrup, by soaking a couple tea bags in the syrup for a little while. I'm a big coffee fan so I use it in there. I've also made a pumpkin spice, and one that tastes like a vanilla caramel (by substituting brown sugar for white). I love it! I'm wondering if I can find a way to make a coconut syrup for a German Chocolate Latte taste (A staple, delicious latte at my local coffee shop).
