And at least 300 pounds later your broke
Great Muc Off advert.
They are the channel partner and the guys behind the channel cannot feed air to their families... You can pretty much replace the products shown in the video with equivalents from other brands of your choice. The general advice holds-up imho.
Yeah well, have used plenty of chain cleaners, they mostly work well to very well. The point is the price combined with frequency of usage. Since a year I use dishwasher + hot water and a brush, it works like a clock, remove chain deep it, brush it, works well on cassette two. Money saving goes in bike upgrade, etc. Make up your mind
i use the silicone spray on my dropper post too..
Is there anything else I can use instead of muc off đ
Bike shop person told me that Dawn dish washing bottled soap works just as well as muck off degreaser.
Just a 12 minute Muc off advert.
Exactly what I was about to say.
Me toođ
Dielectric grease is non conductive, so you want to pack out your connectors with it. I've covered all my connections around my motor and a bit round my charge port to keep water out
Please more and updated videos about new ebikes and stuffs like that. Thanks for this info
Is corrsion defence good for cleaning the chargin/ contact port on a Specialized tubro levo ?
Can you give an example of where you would use water displacer on your e bike please. Charge port maybe ?
Yup! Maintenance is very important part of owning a bike. Today, I just lubed my brake rotors so they last a long time. đ€Ș
Is muc-off hcb-1 good for spraying on in the charging point and battery terminal like the ultra corrosive defence spray
trying to find out this
Amazing salesman đ I appreciate the video though since it shows how the products are applied on the bike.
Silicon shine to the dropper post too!
If you didn't know, the WD in WD40 stands for water dispersant.
You ask a very good question yourself. "Why MTB specific Lubes" and then go on talking about car oil. I really hoped the question you would have asked and answered, why eMTB specific Lubes. And answer how they differ from MTB lubes and why we should use those.
I run was (from a bottle, you can guess the brand) on my normal MTB and eMTB. But that brand. One for summer and one for winter. And now one for eBikes. I have no clue what the benefit of using the eMTB one is.
Dude automotive and âEMTBâ silicone or other lubricants are the same exact thing. Just advertise and priced directly. Save some money and get store brand products at your local auto parts stores
Can a baby seat attach to it?
Sorry but that was terrible I like muc-off but that was one bit advert
NFS CHAIN LUBE THIS SHIT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST TRY ITđđđđđ
Would be great if you could show alternatives to the brand that you use for the channel, there is cheaper and adaptive products when service our bikes
In that moment they loose a lot of sponsors.
Chain saw oil is great for the chain and 1 litre is cheap and sticks like shite to a blanket.
Brilliant! I bet itâs just like the âwetâ lube đĄ
Someone should just make a video on cheaper lubricants equivalent to brand name âEMTBâ specific đ
Obviously KY don't sponsor the channel or we would have heard about its 'apres ride' benefits.
Twice the same products presented....
But who actually sells this stuff, I wished you had told us.
It's an advert disguised as a video.
GT85 spray can do most of the stuff these do without the need for multiple products
money pit
So just buy 15 bottles of different stuff to clean bike...đą
The channel used to be decent⊠itâs pretty much just a long advert show nowadays
đ°
I prefer my bike cleaning product to not come with an unwelcome dose of virtual signalling.
Terrible video to be honest. Doesn't show where to add grease, just casually lists off places to lube like I'm already an expert, doesn't show where exactly to lube. I think this vid is just one big ad.
i use the silicone spray on my dropper post too..
