They are the channel partner and the guys behind the channel cannot feed air to their families... You can pretty much replace the products shown in the video with equivalents from other brands of your choice. The general advice holds-up imho.

Yeah well, have used plenty of chain cleaners, they mostly work well to very well. The point is the price combined with frequency of usage. Since a year I use dishwasher + hot water and a brush, it works like a clock, remove chain deep it, brush it, works well on cassette two. Money saving goes in bike upgrade, etc. Make up your mind

Bike shop person told me that Dawn dish washing bottled soap works just as well as muck off degreaser.

Dielectric grease is non conductive, so you want to pack out your connectors with it. I've covered all my connections around my motor and a bit round my charge port to keep water out

Yup! Maintenance is very important part of owning a bike. Today, I just lubed my brake rotors so they last a long time. đŸ€Ș

You ask a very good question yourself. "Why MTB specific Lubes" and then go on talking about car oil. I really hoped the question you would have asked and answered, why eMTB specific Lubes. And answer how they differ from MTB lubes and why we should use those.
I run was (from a bottle, you can guess the brand) on my normal MTB and eMTB. But that brand. One for summer and one for winter. And now one for eBikes. I have no clue what the benefit of using the eMTB one is.

Dude automotive and “EMTB” silicone or other lubricants are the same exact thing. Just advertise and priced directly. Save some money and get store brand products at your local auto parts stores

Chain saw oil is great for the chain and 1 litre is cheap and sticks like shite to a blanket.

Brilliant! I bet it’s just like the “wet” lube 💡
Someone should just make a video on cheaper lubricants equivalent to brand name “EMTB” specific 😏

GT85 spray can do most of the stuff these do without the need for multiple products

Terrible video to be honest. Doesn't show where to add grease, just casually lists off places to lube like I'm already an expert, doesn't show where exactly to lube. I think this vid is just one big ad.
