This sketch feels like an actually pretty good example of what to do for people who have an anxiety disorder: to not engage with the scary thoughts and just accept whatever comes up 😅 It's a pretty good mindset to have when feeling too caught up in your own mind.

The cinematographers and set people on SNL are so underrated. The lighting and coloring in the living room looks exactly like that in Scream's opening scene.
And all of this was filmed over 1 or 2 days before it aired. They have their own film unit, who work so hard.
