Another note for those leaving home.. I know college seems great because you get to leave home but that school debt is ridiculous! Go to community college first! Many community colleges have free Tuition programs!! You can always transfer to a 4 year college for a bachelors degree with a wayyyy cheaper bill!

I am interested in the IUD topic if you decide to do it. I personally struggle with choosing if I should go with alternative contraception methods besides preservatives so it would be a nice topic to hear more opinions on especially from a person who has been in a long time relationship.

lol freshmen girls in college, you don’t need to try, you’ll get invited to everything. Guys from the frats go down the dorm hallways handing out flyers for their parties every week and posting them on your door whiteboard when you aren’t there. Also if you are in any clubs or on sports teams they have their own parties as well and someone in your club or on your team will know about other parties going on, and you could end up going to three different parties in the same night. My school even had a reputation for being one of those schools where no one parties and everyone just studies and there still seemed to be endless events going on. I can’t imagine how busy it must be at a school with a “normal” level of partying. The real trick is going to be getting the confidence and self control to not go to too many parties, turn some people down occasionally, and actually get work done. I feel like I only went to maybe 1 out of every 10 things I could have gone to most likely even less, and I was still really busy.

I was put on the mini pill (progesterone only) and I I just bled for 3 months straight. Went to the doctor, he assumed I had Chlamydia even though it was clearly my body not agreeing with the pill. Went to a female doctor and she rolled her eyes when I relayed what the male doctor said. She swapped my pill and all good.
Omg what a fucking idiot! I have had issues with male doctors too - they just can’t understand our bodies the way we do. I recently switched to a woman and at the first appointment I found her wayyy more helpful

I don't go to college but i do have some toxic people in my family for example my uncle and my dad's friends bossing me and other people to drink alcohol when we don't want too and this is why i quit drinking alcohol since my intoxication on new year's eve and new year's day in 2020 and also this is why i don't go to parties anymore because of my uncle and my dad's bossing me and other people to drink alcohol like who in the heck do they think they are bossing me and other people to drink alcohol plus alcohol makes me vomit and gives me a really bad taste in my mouth the next day ewwww sick 😡😡🤮🤮

I am polyam and have 5 partners and I’m incredibly happy! Everybody is different with their openness. Polyamory takes hard work, lots of honesty, lots of communication and lots of vulnerability. Not everyone has done or is willing to do the work it takes to unlearn toxic monogamous culture’s obsession with ownership and jealousy.
