Thank you for your information. I'm going to take this advice and try to build our business. Also what do you charge per foot for a roofing contractor compared to residential? That's where we are confused exactly how much I should charge. We are in Columbus ohio

Awesome content man. I am in Wisconsin looking to add some contractors and roofing companies. What kind of pricing do you offer them. What they are asking for seems super low not much profit at all.

I offer contractors a cheaper price retail because of the volume of work sent. Still I have a redline pricing that I cannot go below, if a contractor cannot work with that pricing then they can use another company.

I just started a window cleaning company and want to add on gutter cleaning as a side service. I just want to ask what your experence has been like and what are some things I should look out for when doing D2D? thank you for reading and sharing your wisdom.

I've had the cops called on me for door knocking. I explained that I was just simply trying to provide for my family and they left me alone.

Gutter screens contribute to ice damming. They are not useful in snowy environments.

For sure. I've seen Ice Damming rip an entire gutter off the house a couple times.

Angie's oftens gives the same lead to multiple contractors. It can be worth it if you have a high closing ratio. in my opinion it is not worth it.

I tell them we are going to treat their customers like gold! most sub-contractors get off the jobsite as fast as possible. We're going to do a full walk around and try to get that roofing company a review as well. Of course we fix any problems that pop up as soon as possible.
