      Hi @@Theconsciousbuilder,
I'm planning to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) app targeted towards busy on the go professionals like your self. This app would be designed to help people who are always on the go and have to manage their customer relationships effectively.
I'd love to get some feedback on:
Main pain points: What are the biggest challenges that busy professionals face when it comes to customer relationship management?
Use cases: What are the most common situations where a CRM app would be helpful for this target audience?
This feedback will be crucial in shaping the development of the app.
      Thanks,
      Bishav N R

Good morning buddy i share the same interest. also im watching mike holmes on my amazon firestick hes a home inspector i enjoyed hanging out with contractors as a 16 year old back in the day when i was a teenager i think that contractors are cool respectful people in the near future i plan on having a private 160,000 sq, ft shop or less square footage i tought myself how to do basic blueprints using no math just ruff drafts out of printer papers and blue in pens i quickly realized that this wasnt the best writing media i found that ink isnt erasable so i started using graphite pencils from dollar tree and other buddys of mine and then later on i was doing picture portraits of barns and kitchens etc, i care about how all generations such as girl and boy types get into the happy world of drawings fun tools and craftsman ship its an art that will never be lost and is proudly respected as american muscle and handymans pride thanks for the videos

Hi Casey, just a for fun question, if you could choose to build homes anywhere in North America where would you go? I know Tarion can be difficult in Ontario but I love our province and geography. Where else would you love to be able to build homes?

Hi guys absolutely love your channel just subscribed and turned on the notification bell. My name is Abdullah I am 20 years old and I currently live in Toronto Canada. I really love the construction industry and see how much potential there is, my longterm goal is to own my own business that can possibly function with out me. My plan is to first work for a successful home remodeling company to get a good understanding of the different trades, then go for my GC license. My next goal is to work as a project manager and part time in sales to learn as much as I can on the business end. I strongly believe that this will provide with a good understanding and the skills needed to start my own construction business. At the the end of the day I am still a 20 year old and this goal may sound delusional so I hope you may guide me and give me advice on what you think the most ideal and efficient path to take on becoming a construction business owner. I would also like to know if you see value in the formal schooling route (4 year bachelors in construction management) or simply working my way to my goal. I thank you once again for your help and wish your channel the best of success!!!!

Hi Abdullah, thanks for watching and best of luck with your business, you're asking questions and love construction so you're on the right track and don't sound delusional at all. Your plan sounds great! There is value in schooling and hands-on experience, in fact we have a mix of people on our crew who learned everything hands-on and some who did school first. You may or may not need the degree but it will always be valuable to get the hands-on experience. You'll have to find the right combination for you of schooling, definitely recommend focusing on learning building science while spending as much time as you can in the field. While you're at it, check out the free course on theconsciousbuilderacademy.com and these videos: czcams.com/video/gGGRcGh-yoU/video.html, czcams.com/video/1Gl4jf_MIVc/video.html. to help you on your way!

Hey! This is more about the successful element so it's relevant, but if you're starting right from scratch you should check out this video we did quite awhile back, which probably has more of what you're looking for: czcams.com/video/gGGRcGh-yoU/video.html. Another helpful resource is our academy, and definitely check out the free course there "TOP 5 THINGS I WISH I KNEW: when starting a construction business" www.consciousbuilderacademy.com/course/top-5-things-starting-construction-business Best of luck in your career journey!
