- Leads have always been a problem in the home service industry. Not being able to get in front of your potential customers is a problem sometimes!
In this video, I want to show you what works for me in my gutter installation business! I use a tactic called "Guerrilla Marketing". In this method, I let my clients see my company or hear about my company 7 times before I ever "Sell" to them, making sure My company is the only gutter company they know.
Implementing the following tactics in the correct order at the correct timing is crucial for more home service leads: HVAC, electrician, lawn care, garage doors, window washers etc.... these principles still apply.
1.) Here are the steps:
2.) Every Door Direct Mailer
3.) Yard Signs
4.) Calls
5.) Vehicle wraps
6.) 4 yard signs/estimate
7.) 5 door hangers per estimate
8.) Send Jim - 50 houses
9.) Send Jim again - 50 houses
10.) Vehicle wraps
Repeat 4-7

Where do you put the yard signs? Besides for your customers yard.

Great stuff! What has been your CAC on the EDDM portion?
Yard signs without the permission of the client (or randomly put on City or county property) are illegal in my area. Will this be a pretty big hindrance?
A couple of things:
1.) The leads you will get will heavily outweigh the fines you will get from breaking the city ordinances.
2.) you can write off the fines
3.) talk to someone in your district about it and build a relationship with them. Going out of your way to do something nice for them is a great start
Do you also market digitally? In congruence with these step?
Through google and Facebook, yes I do market digitally. But you can do these steps without marketing digital and still see success.
