+Trevor C if u train hard enough (not extreme pain but feeling tired and sore after every workout) and throw in a few days of rest u can get some results that fast and u will be able to do more reps

you can easily get results really fuckin fast if you train everyday with good motivation, multiple sets and a lot of rest inbetween them. also do a lot of sets in which you stop the exercise once the rep gets any slower or different from the last one. and then do sets in which you go till failure. mix them up and you'll get massive results in one week, no joke. ive been doing very minimalistic workouts (not much work) for about a month and i got freaking huge you can do it too

@@1PercentDaily I probably can't attribute all of this to the planche lean but my delts have gotten to the point where they have striation. Although i haven't done planche leans or pseudo planche push ups for a few months now, they did help with my pushing strength from a lower angle; although i don't go to the gym and lift weights i can't say how much stronger it made me

Yea, I've never done much weight lifting, and I probably never will as long as I keep getting stronger with body weight routines. For me, it's just a lot cheaper to do body weight training vs. gym memberships or weight sets. Plus, it's much more convenient to do bodyweight training in my home office vs. having to go to commute to the gym.

A lot of people mix beginners with skinny. Sure, skinny are beginners but not all beginners are skinny.
So, if you are heavy but beginners, don't get upset with those body weight exercises. Invest in a pair of 15lbs dumbbells. They are not that expensive. I have mine for over 10 years. You can do all sorts of exercises. Once you're stronger, that's when you'll move on to body weight exercises.

Well I said "equally".. Only you would know if you do but I don't mean offense. I meant the better final result is a lower body that is larger than upper rather than the opposite. I'm finding it hard to get that with calisthenics, biking with clip in shoes is probably the best I've found so far. (Also adding plyometrics)
