I'm sorry to hear about your husband's injury, but I'm glad he's recovering! You sold me on the Hatch alarm clock as well as the book 🤩 I would love to upgrade my morning routine. My "it woman" recommendation is a silk pillowcase! I remember having to use a cotton one a while back because my silk one was still air-drying, and it was so itchy. Ever since then I have made sure to give the silk pillowcase plenty of time to dry, because I cannot go back 😄

I have the kopari lip gloss and I love it! I love Truly donut glaze face serum. My favorite thing about it is that you only have to use a little bit to cover your while face. It helps keep my skin clear and smooth! I think it falls under clean beauty but I would double check for yourself. ❤❤ Thank you!!

I have a similar sunrise alarm clock from Philips, and I recommend it to everyone! It's a bit of an investment ngl, but it really helped with my sleep, particularly during the dark winter months when it's harder to wake up. Also, I can't stop adoring your dog in the background :3

I notice I get chilly at work haha! I wear a different brand but they are losing the stickiness. I love when you share the products you use, I'm always looking for suggestions : )

dear Jilz, do you really wash your sweaters - when wearing without a Tshirt - after every use? it´s not very ecological and I believe it´s useless unless you work in mines or so... I don´t mean to be rude, just don´t think it´s healthy against skin to have freshly washed clothes all the time. I heard about this habit of washing everything after one use, but I suppose it´s different here in Europe...?
