What a fun shawl, I think I am watching this for 10 minutes and I already have 2 shawl I definitely want to make…..and I am not a shawl person. Good job👍🏻
A tip for crocheting multiple versions of the same motifs (squares, flowers etc) do them all at the same time. So all the centers first, the the second color parts etc. You don’t have to bet into the : uh what should I do now phase anymore as you just did it. And you finish like 6 items in one go.
And it is easier mixing up as well. X numer of centers in A, y in color B etc. It made a larger project a lot more fun! Enjoy your crochet journey!
Merci! Nous allons rechercher cela
that is so interesting the mirka. im dying to make a cricket sweater cardigan( the cardigan version of this shawl)
Your podcasts never disappoint - so many great ideas and cheerful ladies. Thank you.
It's always such a joy to have an episode pop up. The tennis shawl is stunning, and when I get through my queue, it’s the next piece to knit. Happy creating 💚🧶💚
I would love a kit too
I thought Zendaya was wearing the shawl too! Great job.
It is so nice to see you recently. I had the pleasure of popping into the shop a few weeks ago....and I bought wool for 3 gorgeous (I hope!) projects which I will take back.to China with me this week. Keep up the great podcasts! And I love your shop!
No, not going to Rhinebeck, but I am going to Flock soon!
Looking forward to the release of Trixie! I would make the neck opening a bit narrower as I have very narrow shoulders, other than that it looks perfect!
I made a dress out of your Calliope Pattern and love it
The Mirka shawl is actually stunning Stephanie. Well done. Indeed a perfect marriage between yarn and design. You are both amazing with your designs. I immediately fell in love with your sweater Naomi. The only thing holding me back is the boat style neck. I would be constantly tugging at it. Already thinking of ways to modify it 😆😍 must check out my stash. Thanks for the episode. 🧡🧡
I can't wait to start my gingerbread jumper! I bought the reds......isn't that a gingerbread behind you? in teal? That feels so heavenly and looks fab!
Well spotted!! Yes that’s our Gingerbread in our Happy 4-ply and Bliss mohair. Your red one will be so awesome! Happy knitting! -naomi
I looooved the mirka shawl....but when I was there, you were out of the colours! I will get the pattern!
Hey Gals, any chance of your doing an intarsia tutorial for us, pleeeeeeeze?? 😇 Love your podcasts and your store! Barb 😍
So excited to catch up with you both ❤
and cricket is so huge in Houston and Dallasnow
Hi Naomi! Love your Trixie Sweater, it’s right up my alley 😍! Currently knitting your Gingerbread Sweater 😊
Love the Gingerbread and the Cancun! I have the former in my favs already and hope to knit both up this Fall.
I love the Canadian, (mostly the Ontario Fibre Tests because of budget for travel). I will plug the Fergus Fibre Festival in May which is lovely, and also the Woolstock in Paris On, which happens at around the same time as the New York Sheep and Wool Festival in the Fall. Granted our budgets and audience is so much smaller than the States, but I really think that we should give our local festivals a prop as well, especially the ones that dont require a huge budget for travel as they are one day Festivals and brings some money into these small towns and also to our local growers and spinners and Indi-dyers.
I love your podcasts as they are so inspiring and because it is "Canadian content" - the ideas, yarns and notions are easily accessible to us.
And one last comment - the CroJo Retro - her Wallflowers pattern is stunning, her tutorials /video workshops are fantastic and is on my list for when I can knuckle down and devote some time to it. Thanks Stephanie and Naomi!
There are such great festivals in Canada for sure! Twist in Montebello QC although unfortunately I can’t make it this year, and soon after there’s also the Almonte (ON) fiber festival in September which is also one of my favourite small towns. Thanks for the suggestions and for watching! -naomi
@@mperturbada Thanks Naomi - I didn't know about the Almonte Fibre Festival! Hope to visit it one year.
I'm going to RHINEBECK!!!!!!!!! My first one ever! And my Rhinebeck sweater is currently on my needles as a secret test knit!
Whoohooo!!!!!
Hello from Swansea, Illinois.
I would love a kit!
🥰
Is it wrong that I have 4 petite pochettes? Each matches a different area where I knit so I never have to move them from one floor/location to another!?! One of them is reserved for travel knitting which is really fun.
Just catching this so apparently I need to sign up to your newsletter … I would love to test the trixie sweater it’s absolutely my style … I signed up via the google doc 😊
Thanks for joining in! -naomi
Sooooo, your photoshop was so good, I thought Zendaya was wearing the shawl and you just designed a copy!😂
👍🌈
🍀
Aww, hi! My son is due to visit us tomorrow ( uk/south wales - his birth place) with his partner. I’ve asked him to buy a skein of yarn from you. Goodness knows what he’s bought?!🤔😂
If it's who I think it's some lovely hand dyed yarn ; )
@@EspaceTricotPodcastoh wow! Thank you! I’m guessing he’s not a person you can forget!😂
I’m excited and hope I can visit you soon too!🥰🏴🇬🇧

Je pense que je ferai 8 feuilles et 16 fleurs. Je vais bientôt créer une page du projet Ravelry et noter toutes mes modifications 👍
