    You knocked it out the park with this video. So much great info. I like the way you explained generalist vs specialist. Generalist takes alot of time researching.

    Thank you so much! You have explained very clear that is a useful guidelines. I stated following Cal Newport podcasts and videos… Not this book yet.
    I feel much better that there is a transition from being a Generator to a specialist and so on. Definitely it is not easy😩

    Used to get anything on the machine I’ll say yes to anything lol was a Generalist like I even tried split front jerseys and charged cheap just the time in research was too much I did a clean job tho lol

    Hi Ever, thanks for your great content as always. A question I had, do you make your corporate clients pay in advance before ordering materials and starting a job? Mostly we have no problem with this, but a few customers have pushed back and only want to pay at the end during pickup, which seems risky when we are talking about customizing apparel that can't be resold if a sale falls through etc. after production. We were thinking introducing a deposit amount that would at least cover our raw material costs? Thanks!

      Absolutely yes, full payment is required! We've had situations where Ive had to spend hours/ days going back and forth w/ a customer to get final pay. I think now in todays world, most companies are good w/ paying up front. If there's a company that I personal know and can get a hold of the main decision maker, then I might order stuff early to get a jump on a project. Thanks for the question.
