    New year, new me 🫣. As a breastfeeding mum, I’m finding it hard to shift the weight. So I’ve embarked on a healthier eating to hopefully lose some weight.     Foods eaten:
    - Breakfast : A cup of green tea
    - Lunch : avocado on seeded bread, eggs and a cup of tea (no sugar)
    - Mid day snack : 1 apple, 1 banana and peanuts
    - Dinner: Yam, eggs stew and veggies
    - Night time snack : 100g popcorn (shared with my kids)
