Soft and delicious APPLE CINNAMON ROLLS

These were so soft and delicious. It’s a must try!

Apple cinnamon rolls-
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
5 cups all-purpose flour
2¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 cups whole milk, warm to the touch
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Filling
¾ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Apple filling:
2 apples
2 tbsp brown sugar
Frosting
cream cheese, softened (as much as you like)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar (or as much as you like)
