The BEST PIZZA RECIPE

This pizza, will be the best pizza you’ve made!

Dough:
• 3 Cups of strong bread flour / plain flour
• 2 tsp yeast
• 1.5 tsp of sugar
• 1 tsp of salt
• 3 Tbsp of olive oil
• 1 ¼ cups of warm water (you might need more or less, depending on flour type)
Filling:
• Pasta sauce / pizza sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
• Pepperoni
• Fresh Basil leaves (optional, but highly recommended)
Semolina or cornmeal flour to form dough (optional)
Bake in the oven on 170 degress for 25-30mins or until nice and golden.
