Do you like distracting other players into attacking each other and playing politics? If you do, Breena is the commander for you. She gives benefits for going after anyone except you. This allows you to sit in the corner, collect value, and win out of nowhere. This is one of the more politically based commanders of recent sets. Loved some of the cards you mentioned. Inkshield is amazing! It's single-handedly won me a game twice. Once my friend was being cocky and overextended. Swung at me for 43 damage when I was down to 10. Another had me dead and I blocked for 25 or so and won.

I would check out this commander again, there is a bunch of new cards like esper sentenal, give him counters and it’s amazing. They can’t pay the tax.
Also there is a new card that’s a ring, that whenever target opponent draws so do you; works so well with your commander.

I haven't upgraded the deck yet, but I would add Protection Racket and Black Market Connections.
