I hope all those fans which blindly backed Kenwright despite all the evidence right in front of their eyes, those who infamously applauded him when his smug grid popped up on the big screen at that Villa game, are all embarrassed with themselves. He only had his own interests at heart not that of our club. Kenwright is the single worst thing to have ever happened to Everton and we are going to be stuck with his legacy for some time to come.

I disagree kenwright was right on quite a bit including kingsdock which we would not have owned so we everton would not have benefitted from event held there

@@patwaine8946 Kenwright was not right on most things during his disastrous Chairmanship. That's why the club is currently are in the massive mess It's in. Kenwright pulled the plug on Kings Dock because it meant he wouldn't be in full control not because we wouldn't make money from concerts etc which we actually would. The current stadium we are building will end up costing north of £800m and is crippling the club yet that charlatan of a 'Chairman' pulled the plug on one which would've set us back a lousy £30m.

@@Prodigy_Fan kenwright was opposed to koeman appointment and was correct. Kenwright was opposed to benitez appointment and again was correct. Kings dock not owned by everton would have been a disaster. Kenwright was opposed to appointment of fat sam again was right. He wasnt right on everything nobody is

Kenwright was all for selling the family silver , Kenwright hated fan power,he was a control freak,Man City inherited the Etihad, West Ham the same,Moyes book will reveal all.

@@patwaine8946 Well if he was against all those things he should've done the right thing and resigned as 'Chairman' but given he was a vain old man who loved the attention of fronting a Prem club, he was never going to do that. Kings Dock would NOT have been a disaster. A stadium in a prime location for £30m? Yet we're building one now which is crippling the club. Kenwright was also 'Chairman' of a board which broke rules and got us a points deduction and that's before all the other cock-ups from the past he was part of. The man was a disaster for this club.

He sold the club to moshiri that tells you everything you need to know about Ken Wright. He knew he would stay as chairman because it was all about him and not everton being successful.

The purchase of bmd would have went swimingly if the ukraine war didnt happen. Lots of problems off the field started with that. The football mistskes managers etc were in general opposed by kenwright. He got most of those calls right but was no longer in control

Kenwright hadnt the money and explained that and lets face it there is no evidence of anyone queueing up to buy us

Kenwright was funding his plays from Everton funds. He hired sporty spice and paid her 50k a night from Evertons books. I'm glad he is where he is!
