I love how Happy looks at Peter Parker, and his faces tells all, he sees Tony in him. And he says he’ll take care of the music, and picks not only a good one, but something Tony himself would listen to while doing the same kind of thing.
For just a second I thought "Back in Black" was going to be a nod to Peter making a black Spider-Man suit (for a little Venom foreshadowing), but it made sense that he didn't, since the "Night Monkey" outfit was all black and was what he was wearing during his biggest screw-up.

After Stark died, Happy was like another father figure for Peter Parker which makes the ending of NWH even more sad.. I won't post spoilers here but yeah it got me in the feels.

"Sorry, I shouldn't yell." Peter's friends are about to die, the world's expectations of the next iron man weighs him down, his mentor/father figure is gone, and yet he apologizes for raising his voice. Holy shit.
This is why we love Peter Parker: Even in the worst of times, he still manages to be polite no matter what.
It's because the last time he shouted at someone like that, he didn't get the chance to apologize, the last time he ever spoke to his Uncle Ben was him yelling at him.
My favorite line in this whole scene is when Happy tells him “You’re not Iron Man. You’re never gonna be Iron Man.” You can say a lot of things about that line and see it in many positive lights, but ultimately it’s important because Happy didn’t sugar coat it for him-which would’ve been a disservice. In reality, most people are concerned about hurting peoples feelings to the extent that they fail to tell someone who really needs it the most important thing, which is the truth. You can’t get better at anything without being realistic about who you are, your situation, your strengths and your weaknesses, and no amount of whining or lying can get you around that. Lies, however white, aren’t what facilitate growth.

I saw that line in a completely different light. To me, Happy wasn't implying negatively that Peter would never be Iron Man, not caring if he spared Peter's feelings. Rather, he was alleviating Peter of the burden of trying to be Iron Man, as if to say, "Tony didn't choose you to be the next Iron Man; he chose you because you are YOU, and that's who you should focus on being. Now, what is Spiderman going to do?"
I think the point was to tell him that he is idealizing tony while happy knew from first hand experience that tony wasnt perfect.
I dunno if that was the intention. It wasn't meant to be harsh reality. Happy was saying that to be the hero Tony picked, he doesn't need to be the next Iron Man. He just needs to be himself. And that's all because of what Peter told Tony about why he does what he does. That's why Tony was so certain about picking him. He may not be as intelligent, gifted or tanacious as Tony, but above all of that he has a good heart. That's what makes him Spider-Man.

“Happy” Hogan has probably made me cry more than any other MCU character.
From this clip: “Peter, you’re gonna have to tell me what the hell is going on”, just hits deep for some reason. Peter’s vulnerability, I guess? At this point, he’s just a scared kid that doesn’t no what to do.

Dude was in New York, has lost his best friend and gets a call from Peter Parker from Holland asking for help so jumps into a jet and flies there no questions asked. Likely dropped whatever he was doing and went straight there. As soon as he gets there and is caught up he immediately gets to work in helping Peter get shit done to fix things. Be more like Happy!
Never thought I would say that, but I’m almost glad that Tony wasn’t there to be one among others to forget Peter. The ending of the NWH would be much more painful to cope with.

Seeing No Way Home makes me appreciate Homecoming and Far From Home more.
Both of them are underrated even aside from no way home. Sure, the portrayals of Spider-Man in them they aren’t my preferred versions of the character but in context of the MCU as a whole I think it works.
I've always appreciated how it's completely different from Tobey and Andrew's versions. It didn't start with a different actor doing the same stuff again though other people weren't used to that so both movies got a lot of hate.

This is beautiful because it shows the meaning of Tony's sacrifice. He got back in the fight because of peter. This shows tony didn't die in vain

Instead of getting a mentor that turned evil against him, he got a mentor that loved him and did the right thing until the end. A true evolution of the character of spider-man who in the comics goes through various mentors. Ranging from Matt Murdock to Reed Richards. Ya love to see it.

It really hits hard watching this knowing that happy doesn't know peter anymore.
The fact that this happens just weeks before the events of no way home, shows peter really didn’t seem to catch a break between the two films.
This scene hits harder after you remember that tony literally figured out time travel only because he wanted peter back

I just love Jon.. he just feels to me like he was Tony’s brother. To me he’s the closest relative we have left to Tony besides Morgan and Pepper.

omg hit me right in the feels the way Happy looked at him because he saw Tony in Peter and he had to put Tony's Song. We all Miss Tony & theres definitely not one person who can live up to his legacy, RDJ and Chadwick where unique people made for their roles no one will ever fit there shoes....

Happy really knew Tony the best, he set up the mood the best way he could. Just like Tony himself would have.
I love this scene because of how deep everything goes, you see Tony in Peter from his genius to his manners even doing some of the same movements RDJ did in previous Iron man movies. This is what marvel movies should be.

4:45 That was just so much more than Happy seeing Peter do cool tech stuff like Iron Man did. It was realizing how great the character he made 11 years ago was, and how proud he was to have come all the way here to see Iron Man's legacy keeper do the same thing that Tony always used to do. And that subtle Back In Black reference was just so amazing. But, Iron Man was the first, best, and greatest MCU superhero for me, in character, development, attitude, skills, humor and all other defining details of a character.

Guys, see how his palm print gave him access to the system? I promise you…you’re gonna see something similar to that in the next Spider-Man film. They didn’t put Tony through all that just for his legacy to forget who the hell his protege is; his tech will remember Peter Parker, even if the world won’t. Mark my words and remember this comment.
Then maybe Peter could reverse engineer that tech to create parker industries
It might not. Strange's spell basically erased most records of Peter to the point that he can't even go to college and has to take a GED instead. It does beg the question if he still kept the Iron-Spider suit though because in theory he could still use it since he does have a nanite chamber which repairs and maintains the suit when he's not using it. Given that this is Peter, even if the AI theoretically wouldn't recognize him he could probably hack the thing to gain access nonetheless. The Iron-Spider is just too useful to give up and a bit dangerous to discard unless disposed of properly.
Well nothing like that happened in no way home though.

I understand why Peter chose not to have anyone know his real identity anymore because Peter is conscious of how many mistakes he makes. But I hate that he’s going it completely alone in the future, who’s he’s going to rely on when he’s screwed like this again? No one will know who he is.

@@TuPapiSuave69 that’s true but in my opinion part of what makes this Spider-Man so compelling is that he’s part of a much much much larger universe. Getting the perspective of people close to him who are also super powered is just a cool way to tie the universe together and give us updates on where the other heroes are after major events like endgame.
I’m sure the mcu will still have other heroes in Spider-Man’s future solo movies (hopefully daredevil) but he’s going to be interacting with everyone a bit differently since all of his history was practically erased. Which is unfortunate because I really liked his relationship with Happy, Ned and MJ and even Strange.
That is spiderman in a nutshell also he is gonna be in the next avengers movie so thats confirmed

Peter always had trusted wrong people, whether it's Mysterio in part 2 or Vulture in part 1 or Green Goblin in part 3 or any other villain even the trust got broken in part 3 when he sees that people overlook his goodness and blames him for everything
You know I always thought of Spider-Man is being Spider-Man but this scene you just see a blend of Ironman and Spider-Man.

This scene is even harder to watch after Spider-Man: No Way Home knowing that Peter will experience an even worse grief later which really nearly pushed him into a murderous rage, and that Happy who had his back here will forget about him completely. In a cruel irony, Tony whom Peter idolized became the catalyst to his worst nightmare by giving him Edith😭
One of the best scenes in all of the MCU. When they get it right, they really get it right. This, Hulk beating up loki and the Train station scene in Infinity War. Perfect.

I think the fact that spiderman is such a beloved character is because we can all relate to him and we all see ourselves in him.
I love the little references to various spider-man costumes when he's making his new suit. The classic iron spider, spider armor mk III. It's a nice little detail.
I know this movie gets a lot of hate on social media, but I've enjoyed FFH every time I watched it. Feeling like you have to live up to someone viewed as great or very successful can be very depressing.

This scene reminds me of a tough time I went through in life in junior high I met this friend he was be faithful and loyal and always by your side you could tell them anything they would make sure you had real friends but one day he lost his phone and no one could talk to him and one month later we found out he moved and the people who he lived with were deciding life for him and it tore him up then day I asked him about it and he explained everything that happened but even though I could still text him not seeing him put a hole in my heart and I had the question of am I gonna meet someone like him again and if I do who is it gonna be
