Perks:
The perks I use on all classes are Dash, Iron Will, Born Ready, Resupplier & Vampire. The only exception is Driller who has Sweet Tooth instead of Born Ready.

I've had this same problem! I thought it triggered from me grabbing a zipline in the cloud but it looks like it just happens whenever. Also on Gunner, maybe that's something to do with it.
