The rasengan that hurt naruto was the rasenshuriken, wind chakra "cuts things" (remember how they use the paper to test chakra natures)... here naruto added his own already molded chakra to Boruto's rasengan... but the one finishing it and changing it's nature was boruto... remember naruto is an expert at changing his own chakra to make it fit other people... that is how he gives others the fox cloaks... so he made it easier for boruto to make his rasengan that strong in both size and quality... boruto manipulated its properties...
damn this made me realize it would have looked cool as fuck if Boruto was given one of the 9 tails cloaks... the nicer looking KCM2 ones. Because then it would be obvious why he could handle it - Shikamaru Choji Ino and everyone else also held and used a giant rasengan

This episode has one of my favorite scenes. After the fight when Boruto is on the tree and has his hand oh his face, the camera facing his back, he looks so much like Minato for a moment. Showing that he also Inherited qualities from his grandparents, like how both Boruto and Minato were prodigies early on. The first time I seen it with the music gave me goosebumps.

From Naruto and Boruto we learnt that, no matter how strong the enemy is.. Rasengan will finish the fight.
From here we learnt why Kakashi was never given the ability to do Lightning style Rasengan, how easy it be to throw the enemies off in Shippuden then while they are affected by a normal Rasengan, proceed to Kamui them đ

Kinshiki was actually Momoshiki's Foster Father or Guardian. It was his responsibility to protect him or help him in any way, even if that meant sacrificing himself and letting himself become chakra fruit and be eaten.

no i think that jougan is the strongest is just a claim and an exaggeration. due to the fact that only Sasuke's Rinnegan until now has the most superior ability. Sasuke's Rinnegan is capable of 6 paths, transmigrating to the otsutsuki realm, amenotejikara which is a descendant of Kaguya's Rinnesharingan, Amenominaka (moving team 7 between dimensions, such as the lava dimension and others). and What other eyes cannot follow is Rinne Tensei, Sasuke is able to bring someone back to life with this exchange.Till now there has been no cooler dojutsu based on the facts.but it seems that in this Boruto series everything is claimed so people will believe it, just like Kakashi who claims that Boruto is as genius as Minato.when in reality no, boruto doesn't even know what happened to his own Rasengan (kieru rasengan). even Sasuke in one glance solved how it worked. even though Sasuke has never tried the rasengan even though, Sasuke even solved Madara's Limbo theory in less than 3 minutes. though it was the first time he had seen it. but within 2 minutes dasuke thought of everything, from how it worked, what affected it(A senjutsu attack will affect Madara Limbo the same way Naruto's stick hits Madara Limbo's hand), and how to solve it. in Naruto everything is shown first. whereas in boruto, everything is only claimed to look hype.

1. Can see dark chakra
2. Can see chakra points like Byakugan
3. Can see anyone's weak spot
4. Highly increases uses base states physical ability like speed,strength and make them more powerful
5. Can see through another dimensions
6. Can use teleportation ninjutsu and opens portals like sasuke and it can't drain him like sasuke
7. Can predict opponents move like sharingan but even more better
8. Can use almighty push like rinnegan
9. Can see where you are going to come from by portals so using portals in front of him is useless.
These are the abilities of jogan we seen so far and this aren't even it's 1% of abilities so we can say that it's easily the most powerful dojutsu and what we have seen so far is that
It can use abilitiy of byakugan, sharingan and rinnegan so it's possible it can use abilities of all dojutsu and that makes sense for calling jogan the mother of all dojutsu and it's also possesed by the otsutsuki god and called by the name of god eye which shows jogan is the most powerful eye in naruto/boruto verse and it's not a overaggeration even if you can't accept it.
And Boruto is easily the most intelligent prodigy paring with minato and I can show his feats which is greater than anyone in terms intelligence it's just some people can't accept it that Boruto is better than naruto and others

About Boruto inheriting the Otsutsuki Power, it could be related to his blood, he has a blood connection to both of Kagura's children. The Uzumaki Clan is related to the Senju Clan, the descendants of Ashura and thus Hagoromo. While the Hyuuga Clan are the descendants of Hamura. Now he and Sarada just need to become lovers in the future xD
No it isn't related to blood cause Hashirama also has a grand doughter but tsunade never got any Hashirama abilities reated to his blood which means Naruto and Sasuke soals are the reincarnation of Ashura and Indra not thier bodies which means they both are still weaker than their original body (Ashura and indra body's)

Naruto's biggest mistake was letting Boruto finish off momoshiki

Naruto and Sasuke looks like a proud mother and father of Boruto when he used the vanishing rasengan. lol
One thing, Momoshiki would have won even with Sasuke having neutralized his right hand, to absorb... Because when he made the rasengan it was to be at the same level as Boruto, what made Boruto win was the Jougan, which increases the capacity him, just like you saw in the arc of mist. And it was something that Momoshiki didn't expect, then he notices with the Rinegan of the forehead the jougan, so he stops time and goes to this dimension to see what it was, and that's when he's looking into his eyes and says "ah, I understand, you inherited the power of the otsutsuki" which in this case is the jougan.
Actually Borutos rasengan was stronger because it was a combination/fusing of borutos and narutos chakras. Some of the nine tails chakra might have been in there as well. But the rasengan momoshiki used was a normal rasengan just massive. The fusing of two individuals Chakras makes the jutsu exponentially stronger and more potent.
The jougan certainly helped in some regard. But assuming you have watched all of boruto the fusing of 2 different chakras becomes a somewhat recurring theme of making the powers and abilities much stronger.

@@RakuyioLifts Yes it is. Just because the color is different doesn't mean it's not normal. As a matter of fact the way his ability works is that whatever jutsu he absorbs he is then able to fire back that exact same jutsu but with greater power. Making a normal rasengan bigger will inherently and naturally make it stronger but it does not change the properties or nature of the jutsu itself. And there is nothing stating that it does. Therefore it is a normal rasengan but bigger.
Borutos was made of 2-3 different chakras and was infused with both windstyle and lightning style.
Unless you are saying that momoshikis rasengan has Windstyle infused into it which technically you would be correct because a basic rasengan has no elements infused into it but it would still be weaker by a significant margin.

In one of the Naruto films, there was a moment when Naruto traveled back in time and fought shoulder to shoulder with his father. Minato then said that when mixed, the father's chakra and the son's chakra resonate and reinforce each other. Thus, by mixing their chakras, they obtained a new jutsu, the Perfect Rasengan. Yes, it's non-canon, but with the tendency of Boruto writers to tie fillers to canon, why not?
Watching this as I actually now like Boruto as a character feels different , for some reason I was irritated back than , but now very wholesome.

Boruto having a strange connection to the Otsotsuki is due to a movie, you might or might not have seen it. When they battle against a Otsotsuki and he called Hinata the Hyuga princess. So who knows what's in store for Himawari with that stong of a connection...

@JDanime Rasen Shuriken originally cannot be thrown. Naruto can only throw in Senin+ mode. Rasen Shuriken needs to be throw because of wind element that slice everything in molecular level. With thunder element we get a vanishing one (but not so destructive).

Remember when a hooded figure snuck up on Katasuke in his lab and did something to him? Katasuke started acting weird after that.
In the manga, when Momoshiki was talking to Boruto using Ninshu, Sasuke said that time was frozen.

If you watched the mist Arc and liked Kaguya, watch the Arc after 220. If not, skip it all the way to the Academy episode. This show definitely has good and bad moments even after hyped fights lol

This episode is magic, and in my opinion isn't even the best episode of Boruto. It's abvious a lot of the episodes aren't that good, but this arc, Sarada's arc a some arcs in the future made Boruto something worth to watch (particularly the lastest canon arc of Boruto, that is the best).
This is an episode directed by a Chinese artist named Huang Chengxi, so it contains a lot of Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu, as well as some designs that have been abandoned by later animations, such as Sasuke's drawing darts, Naruto Sasuke's combination skills

naruto and sasuke have actually become vastly stronger than they were when they fought kaguya the issue with her was she had alot of overpowered abilities she wasnt a fighter like momoshiki.
That Kaguya would have beaten Momoshiki no doubt. She ate the chakra fruit so she was way more powerful than when she came to earth.

She did not perform better than Fused Momoshiki either, he was holding back 1v1 against her and was still overwhelming her while Neither Naruto or Sasuke could defeat fused Momoshiki without the others help.
Are there androids stronger than them like Daemon yes but Delta isn't one of them and I fail to see how that is bad writing or a joke since they where specifically created to kill a Otsutsuki.

one of the best fights...hand to hand combat, today's anime uses lots of colorful pictures and lights but few fighting movements
This is where boruto story begins and he becomes more powerful than naruto and sasuke when the time skip comes in. Once boruto masters his jougan and the power he gain from momoshiki, boruto will pretty much be no longer a normal shinobi. Toneri Otsutsuki even said that boruto's Jougan(in his right eye) is the light of hope. If you want to see naruto and sasuke have a tougher fight then watch ep 204-218 but take your time getting there
I remember watching this episode when it aired. When Naruto and Sasuke did the shuriken combo, it reminded me of Sasuke vs Itachi fight. Then a cracked from the ground after the mini shinra tensei that momoshiki did, I instantly knew its gonna be Naruto in shuriken form. This brings back so much nostalgia from the Zabuza arc! and ofc Sasuke being the Rasenshuriken.... but i never expected Sasuke to use his ability to swap with momoshiki.
Overall this fight is one of the best one in the franchise.

Firstly they were able to handle the rasengan itself the rasengan did not damage their hands It was when he tried to first create the Rasenshuriken that he damaged his arm because in the beginning he was not able to throw it. And Tsunade told him to never use it again because he would lose his ability to form chakra if he did. But then later on he mastered sage mode and was able to throw the Rasenshuriken.
Now as for this episode in particular it is quite special if you look into it. Not just from a story standpoint but as you noted the animation was way turned up. This is because the creator of Naruto decided that they could do a better job on this fight than what they did for the same fight in the Boruto movie. As the borrow tow TV show has finally caught up to the movie. To make this episode special and better. The creator fully funded the animation and called in several favors with other famous award-winning animators from shows like dragon Ball and One piece. They divided up the fight between the animators letting various animators animate in their style but still have the show blend for the story. That is why the animation looks so much better for example the taijutsu looks so much cleaner in this version of the show versus the movie version of this battle. And that is why the animation looks really good. If you search on CZcams there is a video where someone links the interview that reveals this information. I have been waiting for months for the two of you to get to this episode. I'm so glad to have family been able to watch it and watch your reaction
plot twist this isn't the last we see Momoshiki and much like Kaguya, death is not really the end of them if there's a way for Divinely Otsusuki Members to be resurrected
I'm pretty sure Momo knew about what will come after and needed Boruto to be his vessel without getting alarmed at the beginning and believe that Momo was gone for good. Since the channel catch upto like 220+ episodes now without kara's mistake in losing Kawaki truth about Karma marking would have gone smoothly Momo would resurrect with Jougan and become OP enough to counter Isshiki power and Dojutsu.

Ngl Naruto and Sasuke Vs Momoshiki have to be one of my favorite fights in all of Naruto and Boruto and maybe in general for anime close is Kawaki Vs Garo man I love Boruto â„ïžâ„ïžđŻđŻđ„đ„đđđđ
Youâre right the byakugan develop to the people because of Kaguya and it was passed down to his sons Hagoromo & Hamura. But the Hyuga clan was believed to be descendants of the clan of Hamura from the moon, thus Hinata was called as the Byakugan Princess in the Last Movie. So I think thatâs why Momoshiki said that Boruto strongly inherited the power of the Otsutsuki since both Hinata and Naruto are related to Kaguyaâs sons. Naruto being the reincarnation of Ashura.
Also, I think Toneri has something to do with Borutoâs eyes because if you can recall from the very first episodes of Boruto, Toneri was shown and he would even show up on Borutoâs dream. Toneri also was sealed by Urashiki (the otsutsuki with the fishing hook). So I think he has something to do with Borutoâs eyes.

Toneri activated the eye prematurely but it was something Boruto was born with, he sensed its presence since he was watching over the earth and also sensed the coming of the Otsutsuki so he went to Boruto to speed up the awakening with the hope it would help Boruto in what was coming.

It was the rasenshuriken that damage naruto hand. And it only damage naruto when it explode because the explosion was too big and that jutsu required the user to get close to the target to attack. That why he developed it with sage mode that allows him to throw the rasenshuriken so that he wouldnât caught himself in it too. Thatâs what I think.
I would say that was the best fight in Naruto Boruto
Hot take: but i like the Movie version of the fight more, yeah this fight has some incredible choreography, animation and so on. But the One thing the movie does way better is the showcasing of Naruto and Sasuke's power, it shows their genuine earth rendering strength. If this fight in the anime was able to showcase their power I would even rate this above Naruto vs Sasuke's fight.
