Isshiki is the strongest Otsutsuki we’ve seen so far. Part of what makes him so strong is that he fights more like a shinobi with tactics whereas Kaguya focused mainly on spamming her jutsus and banking on her overwhelming chakra. He also doesn’t arrogantly underestimate his opponents like Momoshiki did.

Boruto loves Naruto, but it's a normal healthy family love without the obsession Kawaki has.
Sasuke swapping with naruto so he could nott absorb the rasengan was pretty smart but jigen is just too overpowered
An important point is that Kara knows everything about them (Naruto and Sasuke) with the database they have, like when Kawaki mentions to Kurama that he was in Kara's files.
While Jigen knows everything about them, Naruto and Sasuke blindly entered the fight against him, knowing nothing.

Jigen is way past Kaguya level
Jigen is not Kaguya level. Kaguya did the same against Naruto and Sasuke. Susanoo got melted and Naruto with rikudo powers had enormous trouble against her, Naruto rikudo powers > Naruto from Boruto.
Well Kaguya mostly just spammed her hacks-powers without thinking (Black Zetsu did that for her) while Isshiki/Jigen is an actual fighter

Isshiki is smart at fighting, but he's not Kaguya level because he didn't ate the Fruit which Kaguya did and that's why she's more overpowered.

Isshiki is beyond Kaguya level. He's taking on Naruto and Sasuke in the back half of their prime power. Kaguya had more trouble with younger Sasuke and Naruto.
Shippuuden final valley Naruto and Sasuke were at their prime. Kaguya would easily defeat adult Naruto and Sasuke. They barely sealed her away when they were near their prime and had DMS Kakashi and Sakura as backup.

Yes, Jigen is stronger then Kaguya, so is Naruto, Sasuke, Momoshiki and Kinshiki. In Boruto Naruto and Sasuke are stronger then anybody mentioned/shown in Naruto Shippuden (Including 10tails Madara, 10tails Obito, Kaguya and Hagoromo) they surpassed them in “The Last” movie where Naruto defeated Toneri (who is stated to be stronger then kaguya) note that naruto and Sasuke are equals meaning sasuke is also stronger then them, in the databooks sasuke states he can defeat kaguya level treats by HIMSELF without naruto or anyone else. As we see early in boruto a fatigued sasuke was taking on kinshiki 1v1 and holds his own. Naruto and sasuke are the strongest ppl in the Naruto/Boruto verse until jigen appears, can’t say anymore bc it would spoil it for you

Using any sort of chakra ability against jigen is useless, its true that a massive amount of chakra could keep him busy in absorbing it while you backstab but jigen's ability is shrinking, he can nullify any force in an instant without twitching a single muscle.
Another thing peoples exaggerate is that naruto and sasuke were weak in this fight. But even jigen accepted himself that they brought him to his limit inside the vessel, sasuke almost got him by his neck. Naruto finding a counter attack for his swords using his rasengan, there were a lot of moments where it showed they could have defeated him, it was a 50-50 battle which is impressive considering that jigen is a being who lived and has fought for over thousand of years, i just don't understand how peoples are mad for the writing being rational.

Rinnegan abilities won't work.

Momo literally has a counter for all of madaras abilities and he his physically greater in every category. Momoshiki is superior in speed, reaction times, physical strength, durability etc.
The only thing that madara has over momo is regen but that doesn't matter much when your opponent can just constantly blitz you and nullify all your abilities. Momo would pummel madara into submission with little to no effort.
The other thing you need to realize is that just because the explosions were larger in shippuden does not in any way indicate superiority over their adult counter parts. Adult Naruto could more than likely knock his teen self out with a couple hits and would easily one shot his teen self in baryon mode.
