Appreciate the love and support!
Great review!
Dude , thank you August . Means a lot 🙏🏽
@@Dark.RoomReviews keep it up!
Very good film and very good review
Thank you! Yes , it really is ✌🏽
Thank goodness for Alex Garland and Denis V. for making great, thoughtful science fiction cinema because they’re pretty much it.
You're right on the money! Thanks for your insight
They had to edit some of the cerebral dialogs from the book because they thought broad audiences "wouldn't get it" and it's profitability would decline.
It was still very intellectually strong, visually mind-bending, and philosophically challenging.
Love this film.❤
I couldn't agree more . I think there's a level of intelligence that most general audiences just would not care about. Thanks for your feedback , dude. Really means a lot 🙏🏽
@@Dark.RoomReviews it's been said in a few different ways, but l always appreciated how all 4 leads each had their own reason to not really minding getting taken by the shimmer; whether cancer, depression, loss of child or infidelity. It's as if they've confronted and lost a part of their own mortality/ethics before even entering the shimmer. To me, it gives an opportunity for a broader audience viewership a chance to connect personally with a character and invest in the story even more.
I enjoyed the film quite a bit. As a science fiction fan, I enjoy story lines that make you think. I can say this movie had my mimd's attention days after I watched it.
I don't disagree with you. The movie certainly leaves room for questions. It was nice to see Natalie Portom try something new - thanks for the feedback , dude. Always appreciated 🙏🏽
Watch it again, just this time remember to turn your brain on.
Thanks for the feedback lol
@@Dark.RoomReviews lol yeah, I did NOT like this movie. Still a good review - all subjective I guess
I’m glad you appreciate this one. This is my least favorite Alex Garland film.
Appreciate you , dude. Thanks for the feedback
