Every time I get to Ambermire I always think it's going to take longer than it actually does. As far as the Borderlands Show... My biggest take-a-way is that they're not just listening to feedback about gameplay, but also narrative. I hope the DLCs end up being a balance between the wacky BL shit we all know and love and supplementing the main story and lore.
I've been saying all along they are listening ;). It's almost like I know what I'm talking about. I was also the only CZcamsr right about the release window way back in early 2018

I have to admit I started falling asleep during that Borderlands show, although it doesn’t help that I very much dislike the presenter, always shouting for no reason trying to be cool and funny, he’s just awful. But anyways for someone who loved the writing in Borderlands 2 all I want to do when someone speaks in BL3 is get them to shut up, I love playing he game just for it’s gunplay and what fun combo's I can use thanks to new skill synergies derch finds for me to use. Mass Effect Andromeda had the same woefully written characters as this game but super fun combat and abilities. I’m playing Outer Worlds now and it’s so refreshing that I want to actually explore every dialogue path with every npc, I don’t understand how so many games will long stories history have lost their way so badly with such awful cringe writing :(
Maybe it’s just because I got old but man the humour in the game just doesn’t resonate with me at all, is this bile really what gamers like in 2019? Ava with her door you got NOTHIN, then you go round corner and five seconds later she’s got that same stupid line. Then there’s Vaugh who all his bro this and bandit LYYYYYYYFE that and really does it need to bang on and on about Reese 'siege' moustache every time we meet him. I’m trying to think but the only character I enjoyed was Balex and every then his quest line still annoyed me as we got to sit through twenty minutes of stupid monkey noises.
The way gearbox seems so involved with all facets of the game is really something to praise. Can't wait for new additions to the story/gameplay but also like how they said that your character will feel more involved later on because the distance is there.
Have you ever tried the Maliwan Proton Rifles? They're the ones where you charge up for extra damage, projectile speed and splash radius and they're easily some of the most powerful non-legendary snipers I've ever used you should try them if you haven't already.
being able to solo it and being able to solo it without using broken builds are two different things. I hope we can solo it without having to have max gear and max builds. Some people don't want to farm for hours upon hours upon hours to get the perfect gear but still wanna be able to play solo.
I agree with that for the base game, but having challenges to strive for is also good. So adding extra, non base game challenging things I view as a positive.
Derch have you got any recommendations for a suitable monocle and bekah replacement?, I’ve killed Graveward thousands of times now and I still haven’t got either of those guns with an anointment, I’m not even sure if I’ve even seen the Bekah at all. Does it only come from the Hammerlock hunt thing and if so can you even get an anointed one?.

I don’t have a becah so I tried Maggie, and it is rocking it pretty well. I’d love to know your thoughts on it, in the sheriff build.

So do you think your build can handle the Maliwan takedown dlc? I recommend trying to solo carry a 4 player game and push through Athenas. I tried it and since Maliwan soldiers are easier than the CoV, it went rather well.
Besides my screen being smaller from the split screen and the game being a little laggy not swapping to the intended gun when I press swap a number of times.
Derchlands the majority of my run I was stacking terror then swapping to my extra projectile terror annexed Jericho, literally blew EVERYTHING away. The Jericho is insane if you have extra splash radius and AoE damage. I legit have to run away when I use it so I don’t die, and I have to revive my pet afterwards... Jericho does friendly fire dmg... good to troll your friends with!
Eduardo JS I’d rather have loadouts like other games, just I don’t have to respec to play the game a different way, especially important now when there’s a whole load of action skills available that you want to spec around
Well with Maya gone, we really need the presence of all the Borderlands 2 vault hunters. It's honestly BS they didn't put Axton and Salvador in the main story especially when one of their teammate winding up dead. A lot of people just dont want Ava in the game anymore because she basically robbed everything in the story and had no growth to her. We definitely need Anthony Burch back though, he was in charge of the writing of Borderlands 2, The Pre-sequel and like episodes 3, 4 & 5 in Tales from the Borderlands.
@@Derchlands i don't know what to feel about it right now, because i honestly dont agree with the decision of excluding Axton and Salvador out of the picture because of what happen to Maya. Like when killing Troy and when our 4 Vault Hunters hunters say Maya avenged, it just doesn't feel like it without Axton, Salvador and even Zer0. Like in my mind i always look back to the end credits of Borderlands 2 and all I see is that sketch picture of Axton, Maya, Salvador and Zer0 being cheered at of defeating the Warrior and Handsome Jack. Even the Intro Cutscene in Borderlands 2, i look back at them. And what i wanted to see in Borderlands 3 was the reunion with the Borderlands 2 Vault Hunters, mirroing that of the Original 4 Vault Hunters in Borderlands 2. But with Maya gone it just feels like that it will never happen.

That's why I love Randy. I talked to him quite a bit during the lead up to battleborn. He's a great guy.

I use a 21 pallets purple shot gun and feels like it does. More damage

I was using the headsplosion for awhile that worked well, or a good muck would do the trick

Multiple pellet guns waste overkill, so I like the unforgiven better
