@@MK42YT coming from someone with gamer in the name u should know some people buy for both.. I got a vr headset and looking for a cheap alternative ear set and mic. And I'm not trying to drop big bucks on a headset for gaming. I already have wireless for my consoles, but they use wifi, not blutooth. So I can't us them for my vr. I bought these so hopefully they're decent so I can hear better and no issues with mic. Got to go pick em up

i came here for review. I have already ordered these earphones for my basic needs. Calling and youtube Videos.
I have used so many earphones including some dual driver ones. But these ex155s are toooooooo goood. Bass is thumpy! More than adequate bass is there but also with the instrument seperations. If you tune it properly it can give you beautifully detailed sound output. Just as these are marketed "gorgeous sound". Best earphones for the price tbh.

- i bought 150AP earlier as i didnt know which one was better. 155AP was available at almost same price, guessing i should have chosen that. (as its description is now saying non tangling wire or smth like that and 150AP is discontinued i think on the site i checked - amazon or flipkart)

Thanks for the review and for explicitly mentioning that these earphones have above average bass. I had used Sony MDR-EX110AP when I was in Germany and was satisfied with it's performance. Unfortunately, I have now lost it. Do you think MDR-EX155AP will be able to deliver similar performance and sound signature like ex110ap?

@@lotoftech thanks for your prompt response. Btw I am sorry, I made a small mistake in my original comment. I wanted to tell you that I had used ex110ap earlier and was now planning to get ex155ap. From the nomenclature, it seems like 155ap should be an upgraded version of 110ap, just the way how 255ap is an upgraded version of 155ap.
Update: I bought 155AP and the sound signature is same as that of 110AP. Fully satisfied with the purchase.

Ps :noise cancellation does not mean like when the earphone is snug fit ,so that u can't hear outside noise.

What is the difference between mdr xb 75 ap and xb 55ap. Which one to be chosen?
Technically both are same and have 12mm drivers but 75 ap is an upgrade to 55ap like with 75ap you will get a pouch. In my opinion 75ap are too expensive so go with 55ap.

I haven't reviewed mi dual driver but from my past experiences and after reviewing many earphones from different brands I can say sony has the best sound. Still if you want then go MI , or buy it some other time . :)

I think you wana ask between xb55ap and ex255ap,....xb55ap are extra bass earphones and bigger in size while ex255ap will have compact fit and these are not in extra bass category.....both have excellent sound so choose according to your requirement.
