- Disclaimer - This is not a tutorial guys and I am not a professional. this is how I modded min and made it work.
Remember- always be safe and wear your ppe unlike me in the video. Make small adjustments and check often! Slow and steady wins the race here guys.
Just finished doing mine! It was nerve wracking taking my rotary tool to one of my most expensive knives and I wasn’t sure I liked it after my first session but I came back to it to refine the shape of my choil and now I’m very happy 😃 the ergos are so much better when you can lock into that choil properly. Planning on etching then stone washing the blade next and getting some titanium scales

Haha for what!? Modding or the smock!? I already got ti scales from reylight inc for the smock. I still have my shammy and pm3 scales to think about 🤔🤔 but modding wise, nothing insane... Nice mod! I just round off the tip at the choil with my 1000 grit stone, just enough where it isnt sharp
Thanks man! That works too! Definitely a mod that needed to happen however you want to accomplish it. REALISTICALLY not sure why it was just left that way.. overall though fantastic knife for sure
