I forget what it was called, the thing that killed the beast... but anyway, delsin would have been 12 when cole used that thing which means he would have died, so lets just say he was born the day after the conduits died, so should'nt delsin be like 6 or 7 in this game by that logic? how is it possible he's this old if he's a conduit?

It looks like they're still going to have a a delay between pressing the fire button on the main bolt attack and actually hitting where you were aiming. Each attack has a purpose, and that ones is to be fast and weak. Having the delay makes an attack that is slow, weak, and clunky to aim.

Unless in the 7 years between infamous 2 and this someone else comes up with ray sphere tech and makes Delsin a conduit, It wouldn't make sense for it to continue the good ending. No it's been confirmed by Sucker Punch,that the reason why some conduits live,is because they were out of reach or they had a special gene that made them undetectable to the RFI. But i like shooting down people's theories.

I have a theory, the RFI destroyed all the conduits but the conduit gene came randomly, so as time went by more people were born with the conduit gene
Maybe another ray sphere or something along the lines of that? Not sure, we'll get an explanation when the game comes out.
Maybe zeke was given powers by the explosion but it was a passive thing like not dieing so he didint die by cole or the lighting :)
