people saints row is about having fun and being goofy they started that in saints row 2 3 and 4 they wanted to change not just do the same thing in every game.
Cont 2: Your Still a Gang, and there are still Cops a Gang, Aliens a Gang, and many of the older Gangs are returning in this Game, So it's still Got the Gang Style in this Game, people just don't want to see it that way.

Valve has created over 10 games with the same Source engine and again no one complained. Why is SRIV getting this when so many other companies have used the same engine and the same graphics? Are you people mental or something or did you forget that SRII ran off an updated SR1 engine? Whoops, didn't realize that one did you?

Why would they do that? I think the whole Alien Invasion was a good idea, because if you remember, the series is suppose to go bigger. Like your just working yourself in the Saints gang in SR1, in SR2 you become the head of the Saints, in SR3 your a Celebrity, and now in SR4 your the President, and your planet is being invaded by Aliens. Then your put into a Matrix (Virtual World) where anything is Possible. You get Super Powers.
In SR TT you have an option in the last mission to save her or not...so its merely up to you whether she lives in SR4 or not...And assuming there's an option where she lives, its logical to guess than they'd choose rather THIS option so the character continued to live in the sequel...so its morel ike common sense logic, however what i have problems with indeed is revival of Johnny Gat!...I'm well aware he's fan favorite and a lot of people were disappointed he died, but what the hell really...

I'd say GTA 5 will be worth the money more than Saints row 4 will be because of the amount of time the developers spent developing the game for us. Saints Row 4 was originally intended to be DLC and then developed into a full separate game in the series. Get GTA5 go out and buy or hire the first 3 saints rows (as they are likely to be on special, or more affordable) and then when you've played them, you may find saints row 4 cheaper to buy! GTA5 will have a better written storyline than SR4
Actually I am right, according to the definition of a Gang, and Yes it's in a Virtual Replica of Steelport, but not the Real Steelport, which is an awesome thing, because the Laws can be broken in Virtual Steelport.

Second out of the other 6 powers one is similar similar to Hulk: UD, and by extension could seem like prototype. But in no way are "A lot" of the powers are from Prototype.

Have you tried turning off the "judgmental asshole" feature in the options? Runs much better after that.

GTA IV may have been a step up in the technology department but was a HUGE step down in terms of content. The first Saints Row released in 2006 btw
