The input shaft on the 4L80E decided it had enough and broke at 310k miles. I made the hard decision to sell it last yr because I didn't have the time or money to fix it

It should make 1500+ easy without it. Nitrous isn't necessary at all with this setup. That turbo will support more power than that motor can handle.

Ethan LMR is a Good shop and their production kit looks like a solid unit from the pictures I’ve seen, but Eric’s was a garage built one off and I can say with certainty that the CSP production kit will be superior in its functionality and performance.

@@edmahonejr.9364 not at all. He just needs to learn how to setup the suspension and how to bring the power in. Tuning for hp on a dyno is the easy part. It's really not that difficult. Getting it to the ground is a different story and where many struggle.
If guys can run 1.10 60ft or better on IRS and other stock type suspension with a 275 or 28×10in slick. There's no reason this car can't run 60ft times in the low .20s to teens at least. Wheel bars are not necessary on this car either. If going over backwards is a fear. That can be controlled with the Holley EFI by adding a sensor. Shit they running mid 4s in the 8th on a 26×8.5 tire and stock type suspension.
I have no problem with him going in that direction. My point is, it's just not necessary. It would be a lighter car if he went in that direction. It's just much more impressive to run fast when you're on small tires and stock type suspension

Damn.. that's alot of shade being thrown at streetspeed and lmr. I would bet the interchiller will give it an advantage. It's also cool he did it on his own. But it did blow thru the trans in the CSP vid. So it comes down to who has the biggest balls. A guy that built his and willing to repair it or a shop that has a repeat customer with multiple cars sent down. So even if they do line up it doesn't really mean anything. Both builds are capable of much more and we already know that. POINTLESS to be so petty.
