- Here is our "Way To Early" 2024 Alabama Crimson Tide football predictions video for every college football game of the 2024 season.
We're going to go game by game and break each matchup down. Along the way we will predict the final outcome of each matchup, and predict Alabamas final record on the season.
The SEC as a whole has gone through massive changes this year. We have the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners coming into the SEC conference. The road to the SEC championship is now more difficult. We have also had Nick Saban, the GOAT himself retire. We welcome in Kalen Deboer as the new Head Coach of the Crimson Tide. The college football playoffs have also expanded to 12 teams now starting this year.
Let's take a close look at each of these games being of season to end.

If Milroe learns to get his mind right consistently look at rb, hit guys 5-20 yard on run, run when he needs to. Nobody will be able to compete with bama. He would be too dangerous
Really good points. Deboer loves the short pass to the corner and fade. But we know he loves the deep money shot, where Milroe is at his best. Your right though his short passing game needs some work. Maybe Deboer and his pass happy scheme will be able to draw things up to fit his talent
@@3rd-And-Long some film Milroe looks like he has gotten a better short arm he passes too long arm last year. Hopefully DeBoer can teach him how to quick release when needed if not hopefully he can pull the trigger and bring TY in.
@@joshuahaney3400 agreed. They need to work on that Oline too. If they incorporate some air raid concepts that might open some things up for him. Tommy Reese was really spreading the field I wouldn’t say. If there is a chance for Milroe to become a good passer, Deboer will figure out a way. If there’s legit WR talent there he will get them the ball in space
@@3rd-And-Long the talent at WR was never an issue for bama. They had bond, prentice, Burton, law, niblack (at TE) most of the time if rewatch some of the film people were open waving Milroe down but Milroe was looking deep not on the side or right in front of him or at the RB when McClellan was open Williams or miller. Won ga cause Milroe would look at RB. And Rees was horrible at play calling. As to the Oline. Yes Oline was bad at time but also if Milroe would look the field people were open in front of on the side more times than not. He was just looking deep or at a certain receiver or two before he took off. And he never threw the ball away either. Not saying every sack was his fault but a good bit of them could have been prevented.
@@joshuahaney3400 agreed, no WR the level of Odunze, but your right a good corp. and Bama has churned out NFL WR’s since 2008. This new staff will feed them the ball like O’Brien used to do. Great break down
I think Bama can surprise Ga this time. Georgia lost a lot of key pieces from last years squad
Very possible, I wouldn’t put it by them
Surprise Georgia they 1-5 the last 6
@@stephenscuba6284 lol excellent point
People have gotten to the point that even tho UGA is well talented. They have no vertical threat or a constant good pass catcher. They are depending on transfers from Miami Vandy and Maryland. Dillon Bell ain't scaring anyone. There run game always struggled against Bama. And UGA are replacing 3 starters in the secondary. We we are going to assume that by game 4 they'll be ready for Deboer on the road in T Town. Most of UGA high end talent is on defense and the O Line. Bama always beat them because their defense is just as good but their offense is always way better accept for last year qnd they still beat UGA
Good take on that. I agree GA is taking a massive hit at the skill positions in this upcoming draft. Guys like Colbie Young are good, but they won’t fill those roles. It comes down to how quickly Deboer will have this team firing with his playbook. It’s open like you said. That matchup can go either way. And even then these teams may play again regardless
There offensive will surprise everyone
I agree 100. Really curious to see Milroe in this style offense. But they’ll figure it out. Deboer loves the deep shots, and we know Milroe does too. Too bad they didn’t get to keep Grubb, but it will be just fine.
Sheridan is OC
Yep, should be a smooth transition with him. He’s been with Deboer forever, so they’ll keep that same style of offense. Him and JaMarcus Sheppard will be a good mix on that side. I know Bama fans are disappointed they didn’t get Grubb, but it should be fine.
Didn't really take Grubb to bad it never really seemed he was coming. It was Huff that made me worry offensive line has been horrible last 3 seasons. Got really lucky keeping Sheppard. feeling really confident maybe to much cause I think if Milroe gets it n offensive line is decent 12-0. I really believe with this offense teams will have to score 40 to win n defense should get some turnovers . Good video
@@stephenscuba6284 Thanks, and agree on all points
@@3rd-And-Long definitely will be checking out more of your content
ROLL Tide 🐘
I’ll think they’ll have a strong season this year. Deboer is a good one
I think Arkansas gets 6 wins, barely gets a bowl game
I don’t see it, I agree with 5 wins. And that’s max
They may, SEC did get tougher though. They escape Bama though
@@3rd-And-Long very true
Only loss they might take is Georgia.
That would be a strong showing for Deboer and company, and back to playoffs
