??? Do you people even watch the games? Im not even remotely an Alabama fan, but they barely by the slimmest of margins didnt make the playoff last year. They lost 2 games by a total of 4 points. Just one play in either of those games goes their way, they easily get the nod over Ohio St to go to the playoff.

It's real easy to criticize SEC for not going to nine conference games when you play in conferences where your conference opportunities are no better then non conference OPPS. Having to play right SEC teams if enough punishment for anyone. If you do well your reward is likely to be getting to play another SEC team in playoffs. After facing one of two best in conf for SEC championship. Don't care what anyone says. Losing a game in SEC like losing three in Big whatever Pac whoever. Lower tier teams in SEC better then most any team anywhere else. Sure we have schools that aren't nat caliber teams but top to bottom we ARE THE BEST PERIOD END OF DISCUSSION!!

Good grief. Can we maybe play 2023 first? This constant stream of hype for things that dont happen for more than a year from now just dont matter all that much. Saban could retire. Smart could leave UGA. Either team could lose 3-4 games in 2023 or 2024 and the game could be kind of meaningless.
