- Today, a local named Joey was kind enough to show me around Xindian, New Taipei, Taiwan. We had an awesome day together.
We visited a restaurant for lunch, the Wulai waterfall, rode the cable car in Wulai, went to the Chiropractor, walked through a park, walked through an evening market, and ate some interesting dessert.

I had problems with my back when I hit 40 years old, did get some professional treatment. But now I’am 71 and don’t have any back issues or health problems either. I achieved this by exercising everyday, mixture of swimming, running, gym, yoga 🧘 badminton and just keeping active. As you get older this is the key to a healthy happy life, oh and eat the right food is also essential 😊

Do you have any plans in future to visit Japan?
- I'm just not sure. I think I will leave to travel sometime in the spring. But it might be a very short-lived vacation. I think I'm going to settle down and do a bit of work for an extended period of time. I haven't done that in a while.
So my short-lived trip may be somewhere such as Japan or korea. I haven't made up my mind yet.
