I’m going to be making my daughter’s wedding cake, and the information,instruction and examples are encouraging to me. I shall practice, practice until I feel I’m ready to tackle the actual decoration. I have decorated cakes in the past, but not really had instruction to do it. PVC pipe...DUH!!! Thank you for shining a light into my brain. Just finished a cake today where I had to roll out a large area of fondant and my roller was too short and I was concerned about getting a consistent thickness. This fixes my future issues!

Hi Mr Yener, I love the way you just make it so simple, I want to be a baker and I know am going to more from you. Please can I ask a favor, my younger brother wants me to make a cake on his birthday because he knows I to bake and he wants me to do it for him but I don't have tools I only use fork that we use to eat to do the creaming and my shoulder pains me anytime I do it. Can you please show me any simple way to do it and to do fondant and the ingredients for the fondant, please the common ones so that I buy them, am now learning so I don't know much. My brother's birthday is 26 of this month September so please help me, thank you.

That is really awesome! I tried the rod technique and not happy with it. I think this is much easier and better looking too.
I love drapes and this is so much better and not even more difficult. I just roll it out a little thinner to make it look more like cloth.
