After having terrible brakes and suspension for the last couple years on my 63 Falcon Futura Hardtop we are finally replacing all the worn out stuff with a Speed 2 complete suspension kit from Detroit Speed and a 11" Classic brake kit from Baer Brakes. We are going to do before and after testing to see how much we improved our stopping distance going from the factory 9 inch drums to discs, as well as a slalom test to see how much we improved body roll and grip in cornering.

I bought one it's plastic and works great! I bought mine about 3 months ago. I should have waited for the 20% off but who knew? It's OK it's a great product
In the 80s I used to just run a good set of coilovers on the front the nice thing is is they don't lean they top out which stops the other side from raising up most shocks are way too long for the car and allow a massive amount of leaning because the shocks never top out

My son is 23 and I'm 58. He's still surprised by my "old man strength" when we do stuff. A lifetime of working hard jobs gets you that way. Ralphie will catch up at some point working with you, but enjoy being the strongest one in the family while you still can.
I’m 57 and my son is 29. He was pretty wormy until he joined the USMC. Now he could fold me up like a napkin if he wanted to.
I’m going to say something you may not like, because my own dad and mom didn’t like it but it is what it is. 50s and 60s aren’t even really old, we just don’t take good care of ourselves and eat and live as God intended, we’d be in great shape. I mean look at those 80 year olds who are in top shape, still lifting weights and running and stuff. Take care of yourself man, and you never know, since your the man of the family in a way, you can lead your family to a longer and healthier life. My dad got angry with me and so did my mother but I hope you listen a little. You’re no where near old my friend. We just have bad habits and sin kills us faster. The whole saying of Jesus saves is a whole lot deeper than just being saved from hell. 👍💪

Oh my gosh that interchange over your needle nose pliers with Ralphie was a classic!! My Dad had that conversation many times with my sister growing up and she is a wonderful mechanic that worked on the Stealth in the Air Force. You were much more patient sounding in your tone than my Dad! 😂😂

And Im glad they are usually an hour long or more they help me take my mind off the machinery and others sounds going on around me. I am allowed to bring my laptop and ear buds with me to watch, I just want to thank you all for what you do as it makes me forget all around me for the time im watching. God Bless you all! I have an 06 Chevy Avalanche that im slowly working on its been cam swapped and has a throttle body off a 6.0 on it now it woke up the 5.3 just a little bit more. Future plans include turbo charging and dual exhaust, and a holley fuel injection. it is truly becoming a casing killer...

Good evening, I had a busy week. I will watch the video tomorrow. Monday I went up to my cousin's place just outside of Buffalo NY for the eclipse. Got to see some of it as it was cloudy. And I have been going for therapy on my legs. Thursday my Uncle Marty turned 86 and seen how my church was doing the grand Prix race from the children to us seniors, I bought a cake and ice cream and my church threw a little surprise party for him. And today I had to go to a funeral to say goodbye to a family friend and firefighter. His name was Dusty. God Bless everyone and the Sleeperdude Family. I really enjoy your videos.

After is better driving, but before was more _DRAMATIC!_ So if you are planning on filming a High Speed Chase Scene, use the old suspension! Also, be sure to insert a Squealing Casing Sound Effect ANY time you start moving so it will be just like the movies!

That falcon is screaming for a 347 with a 5 speed combo in it, and some good wheels and tires. Suspension makes a huge difference in a vehicle, but keep up the great work guys.

Hey Josh, this week's video was awesome. The look and big smile on Squeeze's face when she was riding in the car after you put the new racing gear on the front end was priceless. Please get back to red Ford Fairmont cupe. I have been dieing to hear her run ever since you and Ralphie started the turbo conversion. I think once she's done that car is going to be something special. You and Ralphie have bonded over that car and it will be a very special moment for you both. Ralphie is so much like you and the way you read each other's minds is awesome. Can't wait to see that car when she's done and hear her run. It's so much fun watching you and your family work on these cars. I grew up in Detroit during the 70s and 80s so I remember a lot of the the Ford cars and vans from that Era. I love the old Fairmonts and Zephyrs. They were so comfortable to ride in and they looked so cool. Back then. The econoline vans were awesome to. Since Squeeze gave the one you got a ten I think that she should paint it and make it hers. All the best.

No, you do not want to drink the hotel coffee, I have a friend who was a flight ✈️ attendant and she said when they had lay overs they stayed in hotels and she didn’t, but….some of the ladies would wash their underwear in the coffee pots because the water was hot and they didn’t want to got to the laundry room, she told me some pretty gnarly things.
