First Brisket Cook on the DIY Ugly Drum Smoker!! | Easy as a Pellet Grill

This was my first cook of a brisket on my new UDS! It really takes the guess work out of the whole process once you’ve got it dialed in. I love my Offset Smoker and think it’s the king of all cookers but if you just have a small cook like a brisket, 2 pork shoulders or some ribs these are hard to beat. Build one don’t buy it!
