i lowkey want a mega movie that plays every scene in chronological order
I've hoped they would break the movies down into episodes, with a bunch of added scenes, and then put them in story order with the shows.
there might be some downloads somewhere
Someone on tiktok was making one if I remember right
theres an 100gb google drive on reddit somewhere with every single mcu movie and show in chronological order with all the deleted scenes and one shots
It exists! Its called the infinity saga.
It’s taken me 12 years to realize the “you lack conviction” line was Coulson both bating Loki to come closer to shoot him, and basically his own version of should’ve gone for the head.
Coulson: "You lack conviction"
Anikan/Darth Vader: "You lack conviction"
Just makes me miss Phase 1 even more. When it was all new, and cool, and every single film in the franchise was trying to be its own unique thing while keeping with the larger story.
They’ve really lost that touch over the past few years and it’s a crying shame.
maybe but what a like about phase 4 is they are trying much different Things
they still do literally that. They can get away with going for actual crazy now with so much build up and in first 3 phases they only hinted at it. Its next level now and it is really good. Its still same level of consistency. If anything, in phase 1 and 2 you actually had few mistakes. They dont do mistakes now. There is whole large sequence blending into battle of new york from Hawkeye from near end of phase 4.
@@kptmaci4979 Literally the worst MCU take I have ever heard 😂
Pre-multiverse MCU is where it's at tbh. Now the whole thing is just overwhelming and it's not even clear what's canon anymore.
@@malhaomalhoa7486 that's the problem with multiverses. Everything is canon. Every awful idea in every idiot writers head can be realised with zero consequence. 😂
i love it when phil says "welcome to level 7." then he says something like, "i always wanted to emerge from the shadows like that." phil is so freakin cool.
kudos on including the one shot
"Sorry, that corner was really dark, and I couldn't help myself. I think there's a bulb out."
@@PenneySounds lol yeah that was it
In 2012, they made a bunch of alien going through a wormhole in the sky look believable
In 2022, they couldn't even make a floating head
I absolutely do not understand the complaints about the floating head. How did people expect it to look?
@@PenneySounds
Not like a blue screen of Superman 4
@@PenneySounds Better
@@straightupnothavingagoodtime Better how?
Bro cmon there’s really no other way to make M.O.D.O.K. look any better than in the comics. There really should be zero expectations 😂
just realized a deep cut to 6 Million Dollar Man with Coulson's "alive again" reveal. You had to be level 7 clearance to know about bionics, and they kept having to raise people's level when he had to admit to being bionic...
This is way more exciting than reading about all the connections on the wiki
Yep, and just listing them isn't enough to get some people to accept them, and certain people categorically refuse to watch the shows, insisting they aren't canon without seeing them
@@PenneySounds you should do one about the roxxon corporation, there are a lot of appearances and i think they could comeback along with dario agger in she hulk S2 or captain america
I plan to do one about Roxxon, but I think I'll need to rewatch Agent Carter and Cloak & Dagger. I really want to tie all that Darkforce stuff together
@@PenneySounds Maybe the Loki series and some if the Iron Man movies? I remember Roxxcart was in Loki and in one of the Iron Man (Or maybe Spider-Man?) Movies it mentioned Stark Industries making deals with Roxxon.
That fucking kid had a skydome in their bedroom in the city.
It's the stairway outside her room, but her father owns the building, so yeah, they have the best place in it.
yup. Kate Bishop is in rich family. In comics and in Hawkeye show. Look it up
"Welcome to level 7" is the most baller one-liner I've ever heard
LOVE these Supercuts. The best part of Marvel is the huge story arcs, but the little deets that add up are so spread out. It's great to follow these threads and see how tight it is. Shield and Coulson are the grout filling the cracks between all the movie tiles. Absolute Canon.
Phil Coulson: The REAL First Avenger
I think cap is technically the first because he defeated Red Skull in WW2
Rlly cool how the battle of ny led to so many interconnected stories in the movies and shows
That's what makes shared universes so much fun. Seeing the long term consequences of things.
It's especially good in this case because the movie itself deleted a lot of scenes that showed the human cost of the battle. Particularly the scenes following the waitress. So the movie we got kind of glossed over that side of it, but the shows were able to dive into it
@@PenneySounds ye I remember they deleted alot of scenes showing civilians getting killed, lmao gotta keep it family friendly
Personally I think they could make an entire one-shot out of the waitress scenes.
@@PenneySounds The waitress thing definetly should have stayed in the final cut, I prefer Steve dating that girl in the later movies instead of his death girlfriend great-niece.
Along with the Bruce and the security guard conversation. Not just because it explains how he get the motorcycle, but also because it adds a bit more to the second best version of Hulk in the MCU, after TIH.
Also, it would be nice see a Cloverfield style of short movies about the point of view of random people on the battle of NY. It would be crazy if you are just having fun with your friends, and out of nowhere a portal opens in the sky and a lot of aliens start entering the earth, and then a green monster just starts smashing every single one of those.
especially because the waitress was played by ashley johnson from last of us and critical role. would have been awesome as hell@@PenneySounds
They planned the MCU out the entire way from Phase 1 - 3, everything else after that is mostly hit or miss, mostly misses.
You'd be surprised how little was planned and how much was adapted on the fly. The whole television side had to be written to fit into movies that had already been filmed.
Not mostly misses quit it 😂
If they bring in the Neftlix squad, I really hope they keep their weird tendency to say everything vague.
Jessica Jones: It's that Billionaire in the Metal Suit.
Luke Cage: I thought the Incident was bad, but then the Event happened.
Daredevil: I'm so glad we're finally on the Big Team.
Iron Fist: That Thing That Happened in Connecticut sure was weird!
Daredevil: I heard Fisk had a run in with a certain Client of Mine...
God that last line would be gold,i can only hope tho. With the state of modern Marvel...
During Season one, when Coulson took the Bambino from Fury and powers it up...I literally yelled F%&* YEAH!
Cut to Thor Love and Thunder: "Oh yeah, Omnipotence City, everyone knows Omnipotence City, all the cool gods hang out in Omnipotence City, I'm not sure how I haven't mentioned Omnipotence City before. My Idol Zeus practically runs in Omnipotence City with literally every pantheon humanity has ever worshiped, that's right, they are all real this entire time and I just never thought to bring that up during all the years I've stayed here on Earth and no doubt have read up on all the different cultures on Earth in ancient history and the gods they worshiped. Would have been a pretty big bomb shell to drop, especially with Jane or any of her crew who no doubt would've been very keen to learn this."
It's comic books they were mentioned.
@@AceOfBlackjack I have no doubt about that. The issue I have with it is that the MCU has fallen into this bad habit of just dropping stuff in onto our laps and just saying it’s been a thing this whole time, completely forgoing the trend the MCU had made to build up the world and universe throughout the movies. Like how Hulk (2008) mentioned the Super Soldier serum before introducing Captain America. Or Wakanda being mentioned in First Avenger. If they dropped at least a little hint to the other Pantheons in any of the Thor movies, or just in passing in the previous Avengers movies, that’d be fine. But they just drop it out of nowhere and Thor and Tessa just act like it’s common knowledge and have to explain it to Jane, and by extension the audience. It just feels unnatural.
@@toanuva6178 But none of the characters, beside Thor, knew of this.
@@AceOfBlackjack Tessa for sure knew, they do the whole “You thinking what I’m thinking” bit and say Omnipotence City at the same time. So at the very least the Asgardians knew about it. And Jane doesn’t know, so she fills the role as Audience surrogate and asks them what it is.
@@toanuva6178 They never dropped hints about Asgard before introducing that either.
The city contract would entitle him to get the profits he expected including paying his guys. Spider's villain just needed a lawyer.
Unfortunately Nelson and Murdock wouldn't start practicing for a couple years yet.
For those who are already typing "Kevin Feige said the Marvel Television shows aren't canon", go ahead and try to find a quote where he actually said that. You won't find one. Stop listening to clickbait misinformation.
Do you consider Helstrom canon as well?
Yes, but it never got a chance to include many crossovers. There are some very small ones, like newspapers and such, but I think any major ones were cut before it released because Marvel Television was being dissolved and all the future plans for Helstrom were cancelled, so they wanted it to stand on its own as much as possible. But it's not like it contradicts anything else.
I don't care what Kevin feige says about agents of shield not being cannon, it will always be cannon to me. There's just too many refrences and connections to the mcu.
@@thecrimsonavenger5750 it was originally supposed to be canon but it’s likely no longer
@@thewyit4222 Feige says it's canon. I posted the clips.
I freaking love Coulson. He’s literally one of the best characters.
Man these are so satisfying, this is exactly the kind of stuff I love most in media, so I really appreciate your painstaking compilation of these connections.
Great video. God I miss Marvel's Agents of Shield and Coulson's adventures.
It's amazing how they have the perfect suitcases for alien tech they were handed to for the first time.
They saw no shortage of those Chitauri rifles in those few days.
I believed the chitari yelled and screamed when this first giant serpent went down because they believed this world wasn’t strong enough to destroy one
when the shows acknowledge Avengers 1 and states that Agent Phil's death was faked out by Fury. Then it's canon.
Just because it's undeniable doesn't mean people won't deny it anyway.
This made me realize something. What is the military purpose of the giant flying worm things that Hulk punched? They aren’t troop transports, and they don’t have any weapons strapped to them. They don’t even ram into skyscrapers or anything. Do they just fly around and look scary?
They are sometimes troop transports and they destroy stuff by flying around
Flying around and looking scary is more useful than you would think.
You know, I think this really highlights why we need another Avengers movie; often, how the phases are shaped is a result of the events of the previous Avengers movie. With Phase 2, it was shaped by the Battle of New York. In Phase 3, it's shaped by the Battle of Sokovia. With Phase 4, it is shaped by both the Blip from Infinity War and the Battle of Earth from Endgame. But for Phase 5, it has no Avengers movie to really latch onto to establish a new status quo. There's a lot of individual projects that are contributing to changes in the world, but not really a unifying film to really cement those changes. It's kind of just feels like an extension of Phase 4, and I feel like that kind of hurts both Phase 4 and 5 in making themselves distinct.
Seriously, we're about halfway through Phase 5, and we're not getting a single Avengers movie in it. The closest we get is a Thunderbolts movie, which I guess you can consider the equivalent of an Avengers movie.
Awesome video! Loved to see how Marvel is so on point with its cannon with so many movies, series, the one-shots, AND (bonus!) with the defenders series!
I bet Loki knows coulson lived after the incident
Well, one Loki got arrested and thrown in a cell for a couple years, but went on to impersonate Odin, so he could have used Heimdall to find out. The other Loki teleported to Mongolia and arrested by the TVA before Coulson was revived.
It genuinely hurts me how far Marvel has fallen. The Avengers was a genuinely really good movie.
They're still making genuinely really good movies, most of the time. And a lot of really good shows.
@@PenneySounds "that is false"
@@PenneySoundscan you tell me which one is good? Genuine question. Other than spiderman, i have stopped following MCU a few movies after endgame because i was disappointed
@@dhpz For the movies, Eternals and The Marvels were great and Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3 was spectacular.
As for the D+ shows, Loki and Secret Invasion were lackluster, as was the Werewolf By Night special, but everything else they've made has been excellent.
@@PenneySounds imo everything past endgame except loki, falcon and the winter soldier, and moon knight was bad. A lot of it feels like very amateur writing with a lack of good direction. There's some great ideas don't get me wrong but they aren't done well
very late but I’ve been following your videos and today you have earned a subscriber
We need a master-cut with every movie, show, and cartoon combined into one massive cut with every scene in chronological order with several "meanwhile" slaps to transition between things happening planets or galaxies or even universes and timelines away. Better yet throw in the X-Men movies, shows, and cartoons and it'll probably double the length
Not gonna lie, Hawkeye is one of my favourite non-powered superheroes, just for how badass he is with just a bow and a few arrows
Love your work!!!!!!!
Thank you. I put a lot of work into this one, and it's not getting a lot of views, so it would be great if you could share this in any Marvel fan communities you might participate in

It would be easier if I could monetise the channel, but I can't legally profit from videos like this. Maybe if I made more music I could monetise that. But it's hard to get motivated when you've got no money. I'm sure a lot of people can relate.
3:25 the fact I didn't even notice Iron Man flying past Kate until you stitched those scenes together just goes to show how well the pull these things off, even if there are errors occasionally.
You mean across the skylight when she's looking at the Leviathan going by? I think that's just a Chitauri cruiser.
I just realised if they can bring back coulson then Maria can be bought back
Unfortunately the T.A.H.I.T.I. project was destroyed.
But personally, I was waiting for the reveal that Hill who was killed was a Skrull.
WOW.
Nicely done.
I just have to say, Vincent Laresca had a very small role as Tony Diaz, the firefighter in the Agents of SHIELD episode "FZZT", but he acted the hell out of that role. He and Clark Gregg nailed that scene.
yo this arc was crazy
Coulson dosent die there, he is resurrected in AGENTS OF THE SHEILD
That. Was. AWESOME!
So Loli now currently on Hw Who Remains's old seat of power...literally holding the fate of all timelines in the palm of his hands....Couldon is now officially dead...and Loki STILL still doesn't know they ever brought him back?
I just realised how similar coulsons story is to donalds from invincible
lets not forget that the vulture shows up in morbius : ) crossing the mcu into sony
Actually, let's forget that.
umm... No. They literally blackmailed disney to force that scene in, same with venom in mcu. You can see it wasnt story driven and out of place. Due to pure business effect of it happening. Kevin Feige is clear as hell he wants nothing to do with sony shitverse. Hence they kicked out 'venom' after obligatory 30 seconds back to his dumpster fire movie. They dont want to be connected. Due to multiverse you could argue power rangers are as much connected to mcu as sonyverse is. But it isnt and gladly, if Feige keeps check on it - it never will be.
@@kptmaci4979 Feige seems to be openly inviting Sony's garbage in. He's doing the same with the Fox stuff too; and nobody's forcing him to do that.

I will say. Kate watching Hawkeye in awe as hes fighting off an alien army with just a bow and arrow is a minimal amount of the recognition he deserves. Until Scarlett Witch came in the only person he had on his side was Black Widow. And even then She always had Hulk or Cap to back her up. Otherwise Hawkeye was on his own still pulling his weight for the team. As much as people disrespect Movie Hawkeye for being weaker than Comicbook Hawkeye they grounded him a bit to make it a little more believeable than a guy pulling back a bow in a microsecond with a 300 pound pull weight. But he was still an absolute badass so as much as I honestly didnt care for the Hawkeye show itself. Im glad he gets some recognition.

I still can't f****** believe that they made a play about this. This is like 911 times 100 Who the f*** came up with the idea to make a musical out of it? Maybe years from now, when it wouldn't as old Alexander Hamilton, but it's still fairly recent For the Marvel cinematic universe, my God.
